I ordered on 02/12/2019 and there is no…
I ordered on 02/12/2019 and there is no news so far. The website shows "Preparación en curso" status. Order number SLUJKZAMK.
Please tell me when the product will be delivered.
I tried to communicate in Whatsapp, they replied me that I have to wait for 48 to 96 hours. After 96 hour expired, I contacted them again, and they said a new excuse and told me the product should arrive this week. I contacted them yesterday and today, but they don't reply.
It is very disappointing and I shall not buy anything from this site if this such delay is observed without clearly explaining the cause and informing the client.
If my product does not arrive by Thursday, I will cancel the order and apply for the money return.

They have sent me an email that the product has been sent. They did not provide any tracking number. Lets see if the product comes by tomorrow or not.

I highly recommend this company. I am a foreigner living in this great country and as such was a little concerned about buying here online. However, they communicated quickly with my questions and the phone arrived extremely quickly and the price...the best price possible. Buy with confidence form this company they simply are first class.
