In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

I find justdoors.com really good website, easy to use and very competitively priced. I have bought 2 upvc back doors for 2 customers. The option you have a great and easy to build the doors you require.
Customer then contact you to go through your option and then to pay. Manufacture and delivery are reasonably quick and the delivery drivers have been polite and helpful especially with off loading.

Very poor service
Ordered two doors. On the day of delivery I was told only one would be delivered but no information about other one.
It is more than three weeks there is no contact/ no information at all.
Very poor service.
I would suggest no one should order from this company and I will take necessary steps.

Your order included two made-to-measure doors, and unfortunately one of the items did not complete production in time for the originally scheduled delivery. We did contact you on 25th March to advise of this delay, and we then provided further updates on 1st and 2nd April, which we understand were received and acknowledged.
We always aim to keep our customers informed, particularly where there are unforeseen production delays, and we regret that on this occasion the situation has caused frustration.
We do take feedback seriously, and while delays are sometimes unavoidable with made-to-measure products, we are committed to keeping communication clear and consistent throughout.

Read the small print
The delivery man stated curb side delivery only and off loaded onto drive..Offered no assistance to 75 year old man living alone but said the product was waterproof..
The fixing kit purchased did not have glass spacers so had to get someone to fit the glass.
The glass shattered when I moved it so had to buy a replacement .
All in all not a good DIY experience

We completely understand how challenging it can be handling large and heavy products, particularly when alone and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you.
To clarify, our deliveries are carried out on a kerbside basis or within a reasonable distance of the delivery vehicle. As outlined in our delivery terms, an able-bodied person is required to be present to accept and safely move the goods, as our drivers are unfortunately not insured to assist beyond this point. That said, we do expect our delivery drivers to remain courteous and considerate at all times, and we will certainly feed your comments back to the transport team.
In relation to the fitting kit, this does include universal frame packers and glazing packers designed to assist with installation. If anything appeared to be missing or unclear, our customer services and technical team would have been more than happy to help where required.
We’re also very sorry to hear about the glass breaking. Toughened glass is strong but can be vulnerable to impact or pressure on edges during handling, which can unfortunately lead to shattering.
We always want our customers to have a positive experience. If there is anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
UPVC back door
Good quality upvc back door at a good price for the quality . After ordering on line I received a call from Just Doors to make sure my sizes & specs were correct . Door only took 2 weeks for delivery , no problems at all . This is the second time I have ordered from Just Doors & would recommend them .

Hi Just doors . Nice quality product . My only negative being on the instructions - no hinge adjustment advice on a liner sculpt resi door , rang and told to look at the Mila which was more about assembling the lock not adjusting it . Also no glazing packers supplied , no allen key and not enough fixings if you follow the fixing guide . Got over these minor points and generally happy with door .
