Stole my money and never sent out the product. I got jipped around Christmas time for a sale there “were having” on the site. They took my money as fast as the page loaded and I was never sent correct shipping tracking nor any follow up on my order. Horrible place. Horrible service.

It's a scam, be aware, don't do business with them. I placed and order and the moment payment was processed, they went silent. No response whatsoever. I am reporting them wherever I can.

I placed my order three weeks ago, even though the order confirmation stated I would receive a tracking number within three to eight days. I have never received anything, even after sending two unanswered emails. This whole process has been very frustrating, and I advise you to stay away from this scam.

I never received my package, and this whole experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve tried emailing multiple times and have gotten absolutely no response. It’s unacceptable that there’s no way to reach a real person or get any kind of update. Now I can’t even get a refund because it’s been over 31 days since I placed my order—which is ridiculous, considering the delay wasn’t my fault in the first place. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional, and the customer service has been nothing short of terrible. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again.

It's been 11 days since I placed my order on May 4th. Since then I have sent multiple emails and texts but have not received any reply. Their website states that I would receive a tracking number 4-6 days later, which I didn't receive and that I would receive my order 8 days after placing it, which I didn't receive either. I hope I can get my package by this month and this issue is resolved ASAP. It would be really helpful if they could state accurate information on their website and reply to concerns of their customers.

Lucky they even got 1 star, been 1 month still haven’t received my product and there communication is just abysmal.

I have placed my order in january but i still have not recieved it.. Ive emailed nd dm them but they did not respond.. Im very disappointed to buy from them waste of money..

after almost a month of waiting for my order, I never received it, I sent a couple of emails but no response. Shame.

I am very upset at this company. I placed an order on the 3rd Jan and it's now the 24th Jan and still haven't had confirmation of my order. I have emailed on numerous occasions to understand what is going in with my order and still haven't had a proper response. The customer service is appalling.

They've just taken my money and not provided the goods this leads me to believe it is a scam company.

Overall cheap quality of product. Prices aren’t horrible, but I can say that I was expecting better quality for paying the price. Pendant is very slim & the chain is very thin & weak.

Shipment took about a month, which could’ve been better since the company was shipping domestically.

I wouldn’t buy again, sorry.
