Not easy to deal with the service center, still waiting for my refund after a month of waiting. Delayed shipments, received the smqe order twice. Worst of well, very low quality clothes.

The last delivery came very fast! Super!

They will start charging you monthly for 349 dkk per month automatically! without warning you in a clear manner.

Their prices do not match the quality of their material either. I got a bag made of a low quality plastic!

The month after they charged me for 349 kr; so I had to place another order, because the money was deducted already! I hope I'll be able to un-subscribe without being charged for the next month......

I am so sorry to see these kind of scams being promoted on Facebook.

I love the shoes I get from here I like it and they have my size and is very good I will say everyone go out and enjoy with these websites

I ordered shoes and got the wrong size and colour..returned and it's 3 weeks never heard from them

This is hands down the most ridiculous and scandalous policy I have ever come across. Without asking for your permission, mentioning the policy during the ordering process, or informing you in any way WHATSOEVER, JustFab signs you up for a VIP membership that allows (??) them to automatically withdraw 349 DKK (50 euro) off your account each month and turns it into "online store credit" when you first purchase an item at their store. They cover themselves by putting a line about this in the fineprint, knowing full-well that people are not aware of this at all! Their customer service responds with "sorry for the misunderstanding", which is nice enough, if it weren't for the fact that there was no misunderstanding to begin with, as that implies a form of communication about the issue having been present. I can't even believe this is LEGAL it's so ridiculous! Will be watching my account to see if the money is paid back as promised..

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ordered one pair of shoes for my girlfriend on special (meant to be a once off purchase) and then was hit with 349kr subscription. Called them up and they said the would cancel and refund the amount, same occurred again last month. We called and they said they will issue credit on the account and cancel the payment.
Finally again this month, surprise surprise, another automatic deduction.
Horrible service, product that is average at best and customer service that will lie to you over and over again.
We have ended up paying many times over in stupid fees over the initial purchase.

Very disappointed and we tell everyone to avoid this scam of a webpage.

Nothing really to choose, kitsch shoes low quality and quite overpriced.
They still money from bank account without saying anything - 350 dkk per month.

They don't answer on emails if there subject is refund money and returning shoes. I tryed contact them several times.
Criminal firma!!
I wonder - are they legally working in Denmark??

My advice - call to your bank and block monthly paying, so Justfab can not take money anymore. And bank will start invistigation.

PS. I wonder who writes positive feedback? They probably not awared that Justfab stilling their money and will not answer if there any problem occurs.. Or... positive feedback writing people who have paid money for that.

UPGRADE

I see JustFab answered to my review.
They should read how many people complaine about bad surprise -
that they did not know about money taken from bank card monthly.
The rules are tricky and NOT transparant, made that way that new person can be trupped in unknowness.
Anyway, I deleted my account and reunded money, Strongly recomend all customesrs to do the same and not to be upset!

Love all the shoes I have gotten so far, and very fast delivery.
