The sneakers I just bought, were actually advertised as 19€... at check out they become 42€.. that is something else.. I do not appreciate such tricks... This is a real pity.

The proces of ordering is easy.
You have great offers.
I would improve the experience on the mobile phone. The cookie notification keeps coming up even after accepting all the cookies. Also the website loads a little slow sometimes. It makes watching preview videos hard.

A majority of the shoes are of a good quality and you can not beat the price point. I would recommend justfab to anyone.

I ordered two leggings of fabletics, and completed the transaction. However, I have not recieved any kind of confirmation of my order, and i can't find my order on my account... Fabletics has not answered my email on this topic, so I am hoping that I somehow can get my money back, because the customer experience so far has been absolutely terrible.

I ordered a par of boots, by mistake I entered my old address for delivery, I called the customer service, a very polite lady answered and help me canceling the order and get a new one. The invoice was paid already, but as promised, the money was back in my account within exactly 5 days! My new order came and I am more than happy with the service and the quality of my boots. :) I will Always be customer of Justfab!!!
