Ordered a special fan from them. Very professional people. Sent it out immediately the next day and kept us updated.

Unfortunately I had a very poor customer experience. I ordered the parts and was informed they were in stock and despatched, then suddenly changed to out of stock awaiting stock. At this point I expected an email apology for the over sight and a date for delivery. But unfortunately I had to chase for answers and then had to ask when is the new date, so I could let my customer know. I was told it would be no later than the following Monday, needless to say it never turned up and had to chase for answers, then a further 2 days for delivery. Poor first time used service, and as a new business owner, I wont use again as they dont realise, we all have reputations to uphold and my customers were let down by this poor service, and it wasnt exactly cheap order, so expected better.

These guys are so helpful, even when they didn't have an item i required in stock they found it for me else where, i would always use these guys 5 stars!!

A misunderstanding cleared up very quickly. Just fans have always been a great supplier and I will continue to use their excellent service and prices.

Post order replacement, received a courtesy call from Luke (who I’d spoken to prior to placing the order), just to confirm I’d ordered the correct fan assembly.

I was looking for a particular extractor fan solution but was unable to find it on the web site. I asked for help via the "Contact us" page. Luke was able to provide three possibilities and explain the pros and cons of each. Helpful and pleasant service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Just Fans, In particular Luke. Great service throughout and after a slight hiccup, the end result was I had a happy client. Totally recommend and the knowledge and after service is second to none. Thank you Just fans and Luke.

Trying get a refund is like trying get blood out of a stone. No replies to emails, it’s been about a month, had email say they processed refund but still no money. Garbage.

Stay well away from this company. They feel like con men if you ask me. Don't be fooled by their 'professional sounding' set up. Never received the order I placed beginning of March. Despite many polite conversations with LUKE about getting a refund I have still not received it. They are withholding over £400 of my money while continuing to promise the refund. Just stalling I guess until we give up chasing. I will have to take further action now. They really don't care about their customers. Stay well away. I hope someone can shut them down before they rob others of their hard earned money.

This is probably the worst company i have ever had to deal with.
I have purchased two faulty incline commercial fans from them, and now the same problem has happened for the third time. They said that my warranty was invalid on both previous occasions, for dubious reasons, and so each time i had to pay for a new one.
Now the want me to pay for a third time, not happening especially at over £900 each time.

I had a good experience. I called about my order and spoke to Luke. He was very polite and professional. He gave good advice and I received my order the next day. I am very pleased with my product.

I have received exceptional service on both occasions I have bought products from Just Fans. I run a sailing club with a semi-commercial kitchen and when our extract fan system developed problems over the last few weeks, we have had to close the kitchen and disappoint members and visitors. On two occasions I have needed to obtain replacement parts in a hurry and both times your sales team have gone above and beyond to help me quickly through the order process and facilitate it for me to collect the parts directly from S&P who are located about a kilometre from me. This has helped me get the parts within an hour and reopen the kitchen as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

As a french customer, I would like to grant JustFans Ltd for a very good satisfaction for about 1000£ order ( nb: 59969 16th Jan19 ) shipped to France on time.

The products are good quality plastic flat dusting and accessories, for home Air-Ventilation/Extraction, sold at competitive price.

Only the parcels were a little bit damage on their way. But not enough to lose any product inside.

Also, I noticed that the carrier has used his own adhesive tape, more likely because there was some failure with the one used at the vendor site.

Globally I recommend JustFans , and will pass more order if I need to.

Ordered a fan controller told it would be sent next day as very urgent then waited in all day for the delivery, never turned up by 3pm called them they then told me they forgot to process the order and still waiting for my refund called them again about my refund for the second time told me they forgot.
