Don’t go near them total con

I clicked on one lazy fit it was dreadful and when I saw the exercises I cancelled free trial never used it. Then just fit popped up it looked to be better so I clicked for first 7 days free and luckily the 1 month to follow. They immediately took £17+ from me before I had even looked at their plan
It’s totally unsuitable I may be reasonably fit I.Evri walk an hour a day and do yoga. I cannot do a walk down and walk up plank and at 71 I never will. I do have a bad back and shoulder problem but I can only have 1 declared!!!
It’s a total con and you cannot get to anyone to get your mobey back or even ask for a proper work out - there are far better on instagram for free
Wish I’d looked on here before being conned by their incessant ads. If they had any self respect they would answer sone of these comments and refund some money!!!

Don’t fall for free trial

I was like everyone else who signed for free 7 day trial, I cancelled after day 2 but was charged. Thankfully I used a prepaid card with low balance so didn’t get my money. But now I have to pay then file for a refund or I can’t use my apple account. I took it a step further though and lodged a complaint with the BBB as well. If we don’t report this it will keep happening to others. I wish I had read the reviews first but lesson learned.I don’t want to be the cause of someone else going through this so I’m writing down my experience with this app. This is a clear cut case of false advertising. Free trial means that I have time to see if I like it before paying. Thank you. I’m amending my review because I’ve had to pay for something that should have been free to unlock my account with apple. I’ve also had to submit a request for a refund on an item that was supposed to be free. What a headache all in the pursuit of good health!!!!

They say they will make an exercise…

They say they will make an exercise plan JUST FOR YOU!! Not true! Tell me please, what 77 year old, overweight, sedentary woman can do a plank, or a t-plank on the first day of workouts?? Most of these exercises are geared toward younger women. The woman showing how to do the exercises is not my age or body shape, so this is another lie.

Scam!!

There was an advert on YouTube for justfit claiming to be completely free and a fun easy workout. After completing all the information it turns out not to be free what so ever and I decide ok fine we will do the free trial.... But it takes the payment anyway!!!!

Loved the first lesson

Loved the first lesson. It has peppy music and I just like the structure. It is not overwhelming - quick, easy, fun. You don't get bored or too wore out. I sit at the computer and I realize I am getting out of shape. I used to just run after 4 boys as a mom. I've had ballet training as well, but I like this program. As my stamina builds, I can do more than the suggested routine. Like if you want to do another abs workout. And I tailored the exercises to go slower than the girl til I work up to their speed. I feel I have a plan and can do them before work without being late for work!

SCAM

SCAM - Promises free 7 day trial, tells you that you won’t be charged straightaway but then charges you immediately. Exercises basic, no guide how to do them and very unrealistic weight loss promises.

Scammers with false advertising…no trial period before payment taken

They actually deserve 0 stars but we don’t have this option. They took money from my account with no trial period. This pending transaction is preventing me from buying or downloading any other app on my iPhone. I found the following email but I can’t post it here and they did reply back from it. I think all of us need to lodge a complaint with the better business bureau of their false advertising. Trial periods are exactly that. You try it and then you buy it you should have a chance to cancel during that trial period. It seems like nobody had that opportunity.

I like this app

I like this app! There was a bit of a problem with the subscription fee but it got sorted. Every app I have downloaded I have an issue with the sign up fees or free week etc.
this app is very user friendly and I have now built a daily habit. If I don’t feel like a long workout, you can just choose a 5 minute low intensity class.
I can’t get the app to sync with my Apple Watch but will send them an email and see if they can help.

I paid for the app for 3 months and never used it. I went ahead and paid for it for a year. I did three days in a row, and now it's locked on day 4. It'll only go back and forth from wanting me to check my heart rate to wanting me to pay another $29.99 to join a challenge. I tried to do their chat, and it wants me to pay $1 to chat with someone. It's a scam.
