I ordered a new Trevor James copper alloy Alto flute from Just Flutes on Tuesday evening, it was delivered to my front door, in Northern Ireland on Friday.
The price was competitive, their communications excellent and the packaging first class.
They claim all flutes are checked, adjusted and tested before leaving their premises, I have no doubt this is the case and it all adds to the customer service.
Additionally, there is one annual check for the instrument included in the price. It is nice to know you can buy an instrument with confidence from a company like Just Flutes.
I have no problem recommending them to anyone wishing to make a purchase. Go for it.

Choosing a new flute case
Very helpful advice choosing a new flute case as the old one was falling apart and the original case makers are no longer in business. So nice to talk to a person and not have to rely on an internet purchase which may have been the wrong choice. Keep the shops open I say!
