Poorly implemented AI support = No Support

This is a company that absolutely does not want to talk to you. Every road into 'support' leads to poorly implemented AI. Call? AI. Text? AI. WhatsApp? AI.

When I insist on talking to a person, I'm told that the wait time is ... 4 hours and 10 Minutes!
