I tried to call JustFly customer service 100 times, no one answered the phone

This was the smoothest purchased experience in all my years of using Justfly!

This is the second time I booked with Justfly, everything went smooth and perfectly good price. I will book again with them anytime I want to get flight, keep up with good work.

I want to warn everyone not to make the same mistake I did and book through JustFly.

My airline changed my flight at the last minute due to airport congestion. I was supposed to fly to Tirana and join a private tour there.

However, the new flight would have caused me to miss the tour entirely. Even if I had tried to catch up with the group on my own, I would have had to spend more than 50 hours dealing with airport delays and waiting.

The airline informed me that I was entitled to a free flight change, but they said the change had to be processed by JustFly and that they were unable to do it themselves because their system would not allow it.

Until the original departure time, both the airline staff and I repeatedly tried to contact JustFly. They also attempted to modify the flight on their end, but the system would not allow it.

After that, it became completely impossible to reach JustFly. Their so-called chat support is useless. When you call customer service, it is practically impossible to speak with a real person because they effectively do not have functioning customer service.

In the end, I was forced to buy a last-minute replacement ticket and change all of my hotel reservations. I will also be joining my tour 2 days late.

My total loss is now over $3,000.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid booking with this terrible company.

Simple, straightforward process

Just Fly took my money for a plane ticket on American Airlines for a cruise that was scheduled for May 2026. I purchased the insurance, Xcover, thinking that it would work like insurance, you know in the event of a cancellation, I'd be insured. Not!!! I cancelled the flight in January , due to the cruise originator having to work. Just fly sent me a cancellation number. XCover did not cover a thing. In fact, XCover took $75 more dollars. I cannot make this up. This company is a total rip-off!

The website was not smooth in conducting the transaction. Next time I will use a site that is less cumbersome.

Intensify client's wallet protection especially credit card's information

The customer care is really bad. It is impossible to speak with a live agent. We have called few times, and after being waiting for an hour, the call is hanged up. You only can chat with the AI Assistance, that is basically useless because it always gives you the same answer without doing anything about it. If you request to chat with a live agent, you can be waiting for hours without any success. Our flight had a major change, and they take forever to handle the case and solve the problem. Terrible and frustrating customer care.

I had written a review last week on how we had to change dates to fly since my sister lump on her breast, since we had purchases XCOVER which happens to be Justfly too, I was told by MILA the only IA you can chat with that the only way to start a claim would be by canceling the booking, after about a short wait MILA let me know that it would cost a $150 per person to cancel booking and that would be the only way to start claim. 2 seconds later she cancel and sent an e-mail reading that it was canceled and they charged AMEX the fee immediately. I have opened the Claim and after the initial form filled and questions relevant to both our health, i was able to submit the claim. A day later I received an e-mail asking for additional information Like my letter from my DR. about my Bone marrow CANCER and they needed to more information on my sister Lump on her breast, she is scheduled for a biopsy on Eisenhower hospital and I had to send the information, but could only send them the form that requests what to do prior to the biopsy. It's just unbelievable !

I use just fly several times to book my airline tickets. They have great deals and the site is very easy to use. Very easy to navigate through never had any issues with just fly.
