Subscribed in error
I had somehow subscribed to Justhometrend by accident. Once I realised what I had done I contacted their Customer Service who responded super quick to say they would look into the matter. Bob then sent me an email to say he was dealing with this matter and would refund all that I had paid over the last 3 months back to my card. Fingers crossed this now is resolved….
2 months later I only got refunded my last payment I never got my full refund and every day since I updated my review they have sent me an email to request me to change it to a 5 star .. This is quite honestly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced! Awful company.

They are using hidden subscriptions to rob people for money...
I have no idea how i got this "Gold Membership", but i am charged 46 euro every 10 day. I cancelled my subscription after the first bill, and got the message, that the cancellation time is 14 days. VERY SMART! Therefore i am going to be charged once more before i get out of this scam opperation...
The costumer support is no help btw.
