DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! If i could give no stars i would!!
Ordered a coat on 28/09 when i didnt receive it after a week i contacted them to find out where it was only to be told that they no longer have the size i ordered in stock!! They said they would issue me a refund but im still waiting and theyre ignoring all of my emails and messages on facebook! DO NOT USE!!!!

Shocking.

Shocking (as in non-existent) customer experience (no way I will call it service). Ordered item and paid for 2 weeks ago and not heard a peep since, no response to any contact on different channels. I just wished I would have checked them out before I ordered. That mistake will not be repeated.

EDIT: After much delay I finally got a response and was informed that unfortunately my ordered item was out of stock and was offered to choose an alternative. I requested to be refunded instead, and 3 days later the money appeared in my account. So in the interest of fairness I wanted to add this, my overall impression is still negative. I am wondering whether the company is simply short staffed and it just takes a long time for them to get back to people. Needless to say that its just not good enough.

Ordered a backpack for my son for school and it broke in the first week. I have emailed them and sent a FB message but still waiting for a response over 3 weeks later. This is my first and last time ordering from them.

Awful company..still not received the…

Awful company..still not received the goods after 18 days. Ordered a tracksuit and a coat, after a week and 3 emails they reply saying that the tracksuit is no longer in stock, they refunded me the tracksuit and provided me with a tracking number for the coat, which does not work! Iv emailed them another 3 times with no reply back. Needed the coat for my son to start back school..but here we are, 19 days in and no coat and no reply.never again.

Bought a set of 3 kids' masks which…

Bought a set of 3 kids' masks which were supposed to suit a child up to the age of 10. The masks were nowhere near big enough. I complained and was told that the masks are sold as non-returnable and non-refundable. Reported Just Hype to Trading Standards as the goods were not as described and not fit for purpose, so under the Consumer Rights Act I am entitled to a full refund. Low and behold got a confirmation from Just Hype today saying they have a processed a refund. Don't give up and know your rights. Best of all, DON'T ORDER from Just Hype in the first place.

I ordered my daughter a bag

I ordered my daughter a bag, lunch bag and bottle. I ordered last Thursday and they arrived yesterday. Excellent quality and really pretty prints. Was worried with all the negative comments but I will definitely order from them again. I have a very happy girl 😊

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM!
When I first placed my order, they told me the total price for my shoes was 250jds and it should take 5-7 business days to arrive. After about A MONTH, they told me the shoes arrived and that I have to pay an extra 105 jds for “customs”, with no previous warning. They lied about the price and how long the order should take to get here. They were unprofessional.
Never trust this page ever.

Rubbish customer service. Slow delivery!

Ordered on 26th November.
It's now the 10th december and still not been dispatched. Said it would be delivered by the 30th November. Emailed 4 times. No reply. Rang customer services, straight to voicemail.

Will never order from hype again!

1st time ordered and terrible…

1st time ordered and terrible experience
ordered a school bag for my son around 7 days before he started.
received the order 2days after my son went school.
received email correspondence 2 days after confirming my order had been placed.
4 days alter I was provided with tracking information
tracking number would not allow me to find anything as nothing on royal mail.
6day had correspondence item had been shipped

sent email to the customer service had a reply after 48hrs, unable to find a number.
not happy at all as the response I had was. We hit a serious technical issue which prevented orders being imported between certain dates, and I am afraid yours was one. as you can tell this is a generic email response and I was offered 20% discount feel like being fobbed off. after my experience am shocked to why I would order again.

OVERALL SERVICE IS AWFUL AS MY SON HAD TO TAKE HIS OLD BAG TO SCHOOL FOR 2 DAYS.

extreme poor customer service!!

extreme poor customer service!!
March 23 - order placed
March 28 - mail concerning order not received yet
march 30 - received answer my order was not handled yet (forgotten) and 2 out of 4 products could not be delivered anymore
April 2nd - requested my products to be shipped asap and refund for out of stock products and received this refund a few days later
April 6th - received my order, but 1 of 2 products was not what was ordered. and emailed Justhype
April 9th - Send reminder mail as no reply was received on reception of wrong product
April 10th - received mail that they send the correct product out, but no track and trace available.
April 11th - requested track and trace that was promised
April 11th - justhype asnwered they cannot find the track and trace and thus do not know if it was shipped. Also the ordered product was not in stock any more!! They made a fair offer of sending a similar product and a giftcard with a specific value as compensation.
April 11th - I agreed on compensation and requested to confirm with track and trace.
April 16th - send a reminder as I received no response!
April 17th - send a reminder again with request to contact me
April 23rd - send a reminder again.

Untill today i did not receive the agreed compensation or my ordered (substitute) product.

Justhype belgium initially made up for their poor delivery service by offering a fair compensation, but really showed extreme poor customer service as they are not even responding anymore. I paid for something that I did not even order and they are not living up to expectations of a customer. This is poor business ethics!
I WOULD NOT ADVICE TO ORDER WITH JUSTHYPE!
