A wasted afternoon

Having waited in all afternoon for a service scheduled a few weeks ago, no-one came and no-one had the decency to let us know no-one was coming. After 36 years with this company, I am not happy

Dear Carole we apologise for this. The engineer is new to the company and failed to contact our office to say he had been delayed on previous jobs and couldn't get to you within the time scheduled (this has been re-pointed out to him to contact our office if there is a delay) We have an excellent response time normally as you may agree with after 36 years of being a loyal customer. The call has been rescheduled to another day as requested , thank you for your continued support.

Excellent Seevice

Had CCTV installed. Previously had alarm system with them.

Excellent service from quote through to installation. The guys installing were so polite and friendly. No mess. All cables hidden away out of view. Full training of system

Excellent service as always.
