We are happy to have insurance with you
We are happy we have insurance for our T25 VW Kampervan with you. The first lady arranging the insurance quote on the telephone was excellent. She then said to complete the process with an email that would arrive and to follow the link to complete. This was very difficult to follow and understand . So we rang up your Customer Services. This lady was very helpful. We did not know we had to get a Check Code and had never heard of it before. However the lady was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone and helped us through the process for 50 minutes. We wondered why we had to do this, could you not access the Check Code directly as an insurance company? Overall excellent customer service and insurance.
