Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. This company cancelled my cleaning service one hour before the scheduled time, without providing any specific reason and without offering a same-day solution.
I decided to give them a second chance and rebooked for the following day, only to have the service cancelled again one hour before the appointment. Once again, no real explanation and no effort to fix the situation.
This feels extremely unprofessional and honestly close to a scam. On top of that, when cleaners do show up, they always try to finish earlier than the hours paid for, showing a clear lack of professionalism and motivation.

They will scam you!
On the three separate occasions on trying to book 5* cleaner (Norma) the company sent incompetent cleaners (none of which were Norma) which I had not booked and kept the booking under the 5* cleaner name until the time of my booking so I couldn’t cancel/ reschedule. They sent cleaners which I had no info about with terrible ratings(confirmed by their customer service dept after). On raising my concerns to customer service Abdul Rahman on a live chat (only option as they don’t have a phone-call option) nothing was done and he continued to use automated replies with no clear explanation as to why. Their cleaners do not know how to clean. And one of their staff members even requested to take one of my belongings which made me feel so uncomfortable. Honestly don’t waste your time nor money.

Run for your life

Not a service provider, but a nightmare. I really regret that spent around 5.000 AED this year. Gonna find another “aggregator” as my new year gift, which actually takes a responsibility for their “specialists”. Had a deep cleaning recently, wanted to have a nice and clean house before the new year, but received headache and even more spendings)
Their valuable “specialists” didnt finish the job and threw in a trash a piece of my furniture, which was required for the fix. Now, instead of gluing a small part of wood, I have to buy a whole new cabinet, which is not existent on the market, since it’s a built in furniture from the construction company. Wasted time, wasted money and absence of a deep cleaning result. They told me, that they do not take the responsibility and the best they can do is “compensation for my inconvenience”, they offered me 100 AED 🤡. Damage alone is at least more than a 1k, not the money is the subject of this review, but the way they handle the problems and how they “appreciate” their clients (spoiler, they don’t)

The experience was very very bad

The experience was very very bad, I have in dubai since 2008 but never faced such kind of service. Jsutlife team had no responbility to inform that the service is not available for home cleaning due to shortage of material. We struggled to reach to the cleaner and then to the call center where rather then arranging they said we have to cancel to the service.

I am sure that the reason is far more than just the material shortage. The take the booking and give to 3rd party which works as per their convenience.

Very very bad experience. Pls don’t book them. #smiles and Jameel as far better service provider then just life. Service tag should be customer it is just a life nothing else .

Delayed laundry & poor customer support

The laundry was collected but not delivered back within the agreed schedule. There is no phone number to contact, and the chat support was unhelpful, offering only repetitive, generic responses without taking concrete steps to resolve the issue. A compensation was eventually offered, but only as credit with short validity and restrictive conditions, which does not fairly reflect the inconvenience experience

What a fantastic service

What a fantastic service. We had a significant carpet issue thanks to the dog and Jasir came along and made magic to try restore the carpet to its former glory. what a professional. Honestly a superb gentleman and total professional. Highly recommend him and Justlife.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with JustLife.

The service quality was very poor, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable, and there was a clear lack of commitment to scheduled appointments.

The most frustrating part is that I had a confirmed appointment, yet no one showed up at all. There was no call, no message, and no explanation whatsoever. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend JustLife. I genuinely expected a much higher standard of service.

General check up blood test

I had blood test done from home and it was great experience. Sweet and professional lady came over and she made me feel safe when doing test. I don’t like needles but I didn’t have much time to think about them, service was done really quickly and I think it’s brilliant that specialists can come to comfort of your home.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The service has gone downhill despite cleaners having high ratings. In our last booking, the cleaner stopped working AT LEAST 35 minutes early and I found her sitting in the reception while the app still showed the session as active. We paid for time we did not receive???

We also paid extra for ironing, and the cleaner burned a HUGE mark into our wooden table. I was home, confronted her immediately, and she denied it—despite being the ONLY person using the iron and the damage clearly being fresh!!!

Justlife is refusing to take responsibility and is offering a laughable AED 100 “compensation,” which doesn’t even cover the cleaning fee—let alone a damaged table. This is INSULTING and completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They caused the damage and should be paying for a replacement table. ZERO accountability, ZERO professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Why can’t you follow what you advertise

I signed up for cleaning services and was quite happy with the terms only to learn that the advertising was incorrect. They indicates the same professional no changes no excuses on the booking page and even in the email and what’s app. I was quite happy to book a part time cleaner and have consistently. Then came the follow up that we would have three different professionals and that this only applies to a per day booking and not the entire monthly package we booked.

The sad thing is they don’t even see a problem in the misleading statement and had no desire to make the situation right.
