I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. They said it was shipped but tracking number shows nothing. Tried to email twice and called. At this point I want a refund. I guess I will call credit card company and report as a fraud company

I finally got my order. But will not change my review! I stand by the fact you did not reach out to me after several attempts to contact you. So stop emailing me asking me to take it down!

I placed an order on Feb 4, 2024 and there has been np shipping updates since Feb 5, 2024, where it said "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". I have sent two emails asking for some sort of update and they have not responded.

Do not waste your money!!
Did not receive what was advertised! Ordered an outfit that doesn’t match. They said they will try to send a matching top but still haven’t received it. Original order placed in October. Will not issue a refund. Says made in the USA and it’s not! False advertising. I tried to leave a review on their website and it isn’t available for customers to see! Fraudulent company buyer beware!

ordered holiday xmas outfit on October 25th (order #55965) with CC charged the same day. we did not hear anything until I followed up with them last week to find out where the product was. Was informed it had shipped and package was delivered today but with only the bottoms. The quality for the price is terrible. I should have trusted my gut and never ordered. Do not waste your money with these people.

I have purchased several items from justloveskulls and I couldn’t be happier with my items. The skull purse is beautiful, the skull sneakers are comfy and cute, and the skull phone case fits great and looks awesome on my face home. Will definitely be ordering again.

I bought the skull planter and it's much nicer than the photo.
I ordered some cute plants from Amazon to put in the planter.
I only bought 2 items to see if it's a legit place, and believe me I will be buying from this place again.
I also bought a long sleeve shirt n leggings. It's Not cheaply made so its not gona fall apart after a few washings. Also they're true to USA sizing.
It took a few weeks to get my stuff but the customer service is Excellent and they kept sending me emails updating me and sending special offers while I waited.
I'm Very satisfied with my purchase and the whole process while waiting for my purchase.
I will definitely be buying from them again!!!

I ordered a purse on 6/22/23. I noticed before shipment that the zip code was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service and emailed with no response. It made to my area where I contacted the post office to tried to correct the information and pay any additional shipping fees. But they have sent it back to shipper. I have requested a refund and they offered me the same item for an additional $30. After going back and forth they have now lowered it to $20. If anything I should have to pay a $6.95 shipping charge. I will never order from this company again. I have also found the same product with another retailer for $31. Ordered it yesterday and it shipped today (9/9/23). With Just for skulls I waited 3 months and still no product. 😡 As of 9/11/23 Just for Skulls issued a full refund. But I still don’t understand why I was paying for a replacement when the purse was returned to them. I will never do business with them again. 9/12/23 I have finally received a call from Just Love Skulls customer service. But it took a bad review for them to call me and issue a refund. I still have no faith in this company.

They worked very hard to replace original shoes sent that did not fit..Didn’t charge me for the replacement. I’m happy with their customer service support ~ and the quality of the shoes..

I just got my crochet blanket and I love it definitely worth the money I spent. I've gotten comments on it by family and friends they think it's awesome. I absolutely love this store, I don't shop anywhere else but here cuz of the friendliness and prompt delivery and the assortment of merchandise is awesome also. Shop here you won't be disappointed I promise. Love you guys

I contacted customer support and they fixed the problem with a replacement . no hassle quick and friendly

I love my new shoes! I normally wear a 7 1/2 and ordered the size 7. Fits great for length and width. It took a little over 3 weeks for them to come in the mail. Can’t wait to get another pair!
