I ordered a Christmas present on November 30th and still have not received it. They keep telling me it will arrive in 24 to 48 hours but it doesn’t show up. I asked for a refund and they told me my order was closed. I won’t order from them again.
UPDATE: January 4th and still have not received my order or a refund. I have emailed the company again and am no longer getting a response. They did ask me to take down this review and they would give me $50 of merchandise. I told them I don’t want more stuff that I probably won’t get anyway.

Ordered arrived on 1/9/23, five weeks after ordering. The ornaments were described as being made from blown glass but the ones I received are plastic. $45 for plastic balls. Totally rip off.

Placed an order for Christmas on Nov 30, 2022. One item was received after about three weeks. I received second item (Christmas ornaments) a week after Christmas. I ordered them on Nov. 30, 2022. And their tracking system is bogus. the Christmas ornaments have a bad chemical smell - I am sure they are made in China. I will return them. My advice is to order items way in advance of when you need them. Also the customer service so far - has been very good and helpful.

Just love skulls is relatively new to me. I really enjoy their products. They have a fun Facebook page and their communication is top notch. I've ordered from them one time and their product was exactly as they promised.

They are fabulous, unique and awesome. I love thier products they are high quality and all my friends love them too

Merchandise is reasonably priced great quality and a very large selection of choices they are very knowledgeable friendly and polite not pushy their response time is outstanding and have 100% good customer service I highly recommend this site

I bought popular tank & followed sizing chart. It is still to SMALL. Their chart isn't for USA sizing unless you're petite. If you're tall & have bust their sizing chart doesn't take into account. I wear large to XL & I ordered 2X. Still trying to figure out return.

I purchased an item from the company and about 3 weeks later I received the package. It was in an Amazon bag, so I was confused. I looked up the tracking number the company provided and it was not the same as the one on the package. I then looked on Amazon and found the same item for $17. I paid $46! They basically charged me, then turned around and bought it through Amazon for way less. I emailed them and got responses saying they use Amazon to mail packages but it was from their manufacturer. I pointed out it's the same product number as the Amazon one, so that's not possible. I then got an email from CEO Peter telling me I should have just looked around and bought the item myself from Amazon. That me requesting a refund was taking from their employees and they needed to make money to run the business. This isn't business. This is a scam and taking advantage of customers. Up charging people for the same product to pay for marketing is bad business. His emails are trying to make me feel guilty for requesting a refund and that if it will make me feel better they will refund the difference, but it would be nice if I didn't so I could support their business. Please look around at other business before choosing to purchase anything from them!
