Account disappeared and funds missing – No resolution since January 30

I have been dealing with a serious issue with JustMarkets since January 30.
My trading account has completely disappeared from the platform, and I can no longer access it. I still have a remaining balance of $100, and I have received no clear explanation or resolution.
Despite multiple support cases and escalation requests, all responses so far have been generic, automated, and do not address the issue. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
I expect JustMarkets to resolve this issue immediately, restore my account access, and confirm the status of my funds. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to report this matter to the relevant financial regulators and dispute resolution authorities.
This notice is formal and urgent, and I expect a prompt and concrete response.

16 DAYS OF DECEPTION - REJECTING FAKE "PROMO" COMPENSATION

NEW UPDATE (2026-03-11): TOTAL FRAUD DISCOVERED!
​After 38 days of waiting, today (March 11), a support agent named Kato officially confirmed in live chat that my $61.39 compensation was APPROVED (Case ID 10113883). I have the screenshot of this confirmation.
​However, just an hour later, the agent tried to lie and claim that the withdrawal I made in February was the compensation! When I showed him the screenshot of his own words from today, he denied his own statement! This broker is not only technical failure prone, they are now intentionally lying to clients and manipulating chat records.
​I am now reporting this confirmed fraud to FSC Mauritius (License GB20025902). They are trying to steal my $61 even after admitting they owe it!

UPDATE (2026-02-23): After 16 days of fighting for justice, the broker finally admitted their technical failure (App Crash/Native library error) and refunded my initial $61. However, as compensation for the 16 days of extreme stress and psychological damage, they offered me a useless $20 "Promo Code" that cannot be withdrawn.
​I have formally REJECTED this insulting offer. A promo code is not real money; it’s just another trick to keep you trading on their unstable platform. I spent over two weeks proving their mistakes with undeniable logs, and they think $20 in credit is a fair apology for 16 days of frustration?
​I am demanding REAL CASH compensation ($61) for the moral damage and time wasted. Until this broker takes full financial responsibility for their poor service and credits my account with real balance, this 1-star review will remain.
​STAY AWAY FROM JUSTMARKETS! They only respond when you put pressure on them through regulators and public reviews. A broker that values its reputation would have compensated a client fairly with real funds, not virtual coupons.

On February 2nd, I was trading on the JustMarkets mobile app. Suddenly, the app completely froze and crashed due to a system error on their side. Because of this technical failure, I could not manage my trades and lost $61.
​I have the exact App Journal Logs proving the "Native library" crashed at that exact moment. I contacted their support (My Ticket: CAS-5432658-G8V1M1) and provided 100% technical proof. However, they are ignoring the evidence, making excuses, and refusing to compensate my funds. Refund my $61!

Just Another Rigged Broker

This problem started when I began to earn from my hard built robot.
At first it was $2.00-$3.00 slippage for XAUUSD
But I adjusted my settings to battle against that.
I spotted dozens of trades like this.
After I complained that to them. They closed my 30+ profitable orders without my permission!

Then it jumped to $30.00 slippage when it failed to make me loose further.
Attached are records of my trade.

I further complained, they promised to give me an answer, but weeks of waiting, there is none.
Then they quickly remove the history of trades from my metatrader account.

Check out, the closing time of orders, I close the orders in a few split microseconds, but the difference of the prices of closed being as high as $30.00 !
And the Spread of the account supposed to be fixed at $0.50 for XAUUSD only.

I have all the evidences with me, together with all the reports and snapshots.

This is not news hour or anything. Just a quiet Asian hour trading. To anyone who reads this. Avoid at all costs.

There are other several incidences, where they will turn off the network during volatile hours. I believe they do this every now and then whenever there are a lot of clients in bad position.

Now I realize, I can safely say most (99.99%) Forex brokers are bucket shops which are rigged. FCA ? FSA ?
If you guys are legit, you wouldn't be running them in a no man island, so that jurisdiction can't reach you !
A big shame to the industry. JustMarkets is just one of the many.

Go to a legitimate channel to file your trades!

All services good but withdrawl process is too bad last 20 days before I request for withdrawl but till not credit in my bank so I m unsatisfy this type of process ...

already i cross check from the bank they said this type of ARM number is not valid ... if sendar proper send the money autometically credit without any delay or technical issue if technically issue that amount cancel and return to sender account so almost 24 days completed.. already i send my bank statment also for clarification... my amount is not credit till time date ..

To safeguard your account from unauthorized withdrawals, all requests are handled by our Finance Department within 1-2 hours, 24/7, with maximum processing time on our end being to 2 bank days.

Once processed on our side, the time it takes to receive the funds will depend on the payment method you choose.

For the Bank Card method it may take up to 7 bank days. The average processing time is always visible at the "Funding" page at your Personal Area for the reference.

Deposit not credited for over a week

Title: Deposit Not Credited for Over a Week

Review:

I deposited funds into my JustMarkets account using a Pakistani local bank transfer/EasyPaisa. It has been more than one week, and my deposit has still not been credited, so I am unable to start trading.

The deposit request was later marked as cancelled/expired, even though the payment process was completed properly. I contacted customer support and sent emails with proof, but no clear resolution or refund has been provided yet.

This experience is very disappointing. A broker should ensure reliable deposit methods and responsive support. I hope the JustMarkets finance/support team will urgently review my case and resolve this issue.

Update: The issue has now been resolved and the funds have been credited to my trading account.

I made a little profit and asked a…

I made a little profit and asked a withdrawal of 350 something and it rejected it at first so I went a second time to make the withdrawal but it only gave the the withdrawal option of my deposited amount only without my profit i made so I tryed withdrawing that also but it also rejected that as well... I had a smooth experience upto this piont caz I was mostly losing money but once you start making money they will deny you your profit even your deposit as well... stay away from just markets at all cost... very terrible and slow and frustrating robot at support and never gives you live agent as well... terrible experience also they withdraw or so they say 50 dollars out of my 350 request wich is more frustrating because thats my deposit I did a few minutes before I made my profit

the slippage on xauusd is horrible

the slippage on XAUUSD is horrible. when i set to breakeven, or when im in profit for trailing stop, i still lost money. this is a big issue because im using EA scalping.

Honestly I was quite happy with JM…

Honestly I was quite happy with JM before. Low spread quick deposit and withdraw. But the one day last day of market closing, my two entries were running in loss. I thought to leave it for over the weekend. I calculate my risk and SL was I already entered. But Monday morning market open and my SL triggered way above to my SL which coat me over 100$ to my actually loss.i open and support ticket and for week they not respond, I send them two more emails to respond and today I recived a reply from JM and said it's slippage of market or floating spreads etc etc and we are not give you Componsaid. Which is nonsense.
