Slow and overpriced shipping.
Took them 9 nine days to dispatch a very simple small order. Also, they charged me £11 for shipping when it only cost them £4.29

MDF panelling
A very nice company to work with. I have reviewed already on thanking them for their great customer service. I had two orders from them. One was a little tricky bespoke item. Nick checked that it was being done correctly and sent me pics to clarify a few things. The items came extremely well wrapped and he will pleased to know that the tongue and groove panels that they cut for me are now installed and worked perfectly. THANK YOU.

terrible company order came with damage…
terrible company order came with damage to the back of the board ,board still usable they gave me a partial refund came to fit the board and noticed a big crack down one of the grooves of the tongue and groove so rendering board unusable rang them and sent images refuse to do any thing about it ,so i have contacted my bank for a refund of the damaged board ,would not recommend this company and certainly woulnt use again,customer service awfull

Very high quality veneering !
The quality of the walnut venneered mdf I ordered was superb. I ordered my mdf also with matching edging. Getting this seemless and correct is not easy but they got it spot on! I will absolutely be ordering again in the near future. Thank You!

Excellent customer service 👏 I put an order in Tuesday night I mistakingly read delivery within 2-4 days. When I contacted for an update they replied straight away and advised standard delivery was 7-10 days. After advising them I needed for a project by the end of the week they called me saying that they had an alternative they could dispatch next day which they did. I received my order on the Friday which was amazing quality and exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend and will be using just mdf again for future projects. Thanks again!
