Great value, great experience
Really easy website to use. Friendly and professional phone/email correspondence. My boards (for use as shelves) arrived carefully packed and well-protected. Measurements were all spot-on. And the shelves look beautiful in each of their 4 locations. From start to finish, my experience was that of dealing with real people who really do care.

- it took 5 days from order to start processing it
- processing took 3 days
- took another 6 days for FedEx to deliver it (4 hour window & 2 hours delay)
- product damaged, not inspected before shipment
+ well packed, product couldn't be damaged during transport
+ very clean cut
+ nice communication with the seller
+ refund or replacement offered (yet, replacement means another 2 weeks lost, refund after already 2 weeks lost - both options are not resolving a problem).

However, after discussing the matter with you and looking at your request for a replacement we had encountered numerous issues with the proposal.
The order had been delivered on the 23rd February, To which you had mentioned someone was in receipt of the order and had opened it and was aware of the condition of the order for an extended period of time, however we were not informed until recently of the condition, this would go against our return / exchange policies which you would've agreed to upon placing your order.

Ordered a specific size and finish of mdf to make a bespoke office desk. Superb product exactly to size within the millimetres required,superbly edged as requested, excellent toughened packaging with added edge protection which prevents possible courier damage, tracking info supplied and updated in real time by the courier overall a superb product and experience so refreshing in this day and age. I highly recommended this company.👍
