Appalled by Company values

Appalled that not only did they continue to take money out from customers accounts when they weren’t able to ship product but they closed the company down and didn’t notify customers when they would be up and running again or if they planned on refunding them. AND continued to withdrawal funds! I was able to remove my credit card from my account but still have no response from the company and no product to show for my loss of money. Terrible customer service and lack of ethical conduct! I have emailed multiple times and called! Beware!

Great tasting meats

My experience with this company was great and I hope they start resuming orders soon. The meat and flavoring taste amazing. Our favorites were teriyaki, brisket and pulled pork. I never had an issue with any of my orders or delivery. My grandkids miss Just Meats.

This company is a scam a joke…

This company is a scam a joke unprofessional they own me a big credit because the made a mistake they told me they were going to send me another order of the balance they own me which they never did. After several emails I gave up they do this very often so save your self a big headache. NOT AN HONEST COMPANY.

They charged me $130 on Oct 30th

They charged me $130 on Oct 30th, 2024, and never sent my order. I contacted them by phone mid November, and they told me they were having shipping issues. I just checked and their website and phone is now out of order. This is downright THEFT of your loyal customers!!!!!

Furious

Same issue as other reviewers. First order took weeks to receive. I decided to try again and placed an order early November and here we are…..nothing and out $100. They sent an email before stopping operations and it said “Dear Lance”, that is not my name.
This company should be ashamed of their dishonest operations.

I have been trying to get a response…

I have been trying to get a response from their support team and I am not having any luck. Back in October they advised me they were having some issue with shipping but would get the orders out as fast as they could.
I subscribed to their subscription for the meats and I am still owed 2 orders at this time. I have tried to get ahold of someone multiple times now to get my money back and I get no response.
I see their website is now currently down.
I understand they have issues but the right thing is to refund the money to those that paid and never received product.

I didn’t have any issues with the product I did receive just wants my money back from my 2 payments they received and I received nothing!

Do not support this company

Do not support this company, they are running a scam! They owe their ambassadors hundred of thousands of dollars, their meat is not the quality they say it is & they WILL steal your money.

While email support was pretty…

While email support was pretty responsive and gave a refund, I went 4 months and never got my 2 different orders I placed.

Seems a little slimey to take money and not fill order and then use that money for short term cash needs and investor development.

Loyal Customer // Screwed Over by them // Non shipping // Non refunding

I was a LOYAL customer and referrer for the last year, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, something happened to their business and they were hiding it through the late summer and fall to all the subscribers and new customers! They charged my card at the end of October for my regular subscription order and NEVER shipped.

I reached out MULTIPLE times [ they did respond up until this week with obscure statements about a temporary change of logistics of some sort ]. They kept saying they would ship it and would evade my request for refund in the interim [ some BS argument they would make about ordering food from a restaurant and paying for it upfront??? ].

They promised they'd refund if it didn't ship by last week, and then they sent out a mass email saying they were "ceasing operations until January 2025". NO mention of refunding placed orders in the mean time.

Ponzi scheme! they're sitting on all the cash of subscribers! They haven't responded in the last week since this email as I've emailed multiple times asking for a refund - NOPE.

I had to initiate a chargeback today on my CC - they have LOST my business for life, even if they somehow come back in january.

BUYER BEWARE.

Subpar customer service and takes way…

Subpar customer service and takes way too long to ship order. I placed my order on Oct 17th and it still hasn't arrived. I called their customer service number and no one answered the phone. They should have a call back service instead of having to leave a message. Email support correspondence has been relatively responsive, so I'll give 2 stars for that.

Good meat, if you can get it.

What a shame! The first couple of orders were delivered just fine. NOW, I've been charged for 3 subscription orders and have not received ANY of them. ALL I was offered was a rebate on the first 2 I'm waiting on and a refund on the last one (just charged a few days ago). No ETA and was told if no shipping notification in 2 weeks, call back and they will give a refund. What a racket!!! Worst part is I promoted them through my gym to members. Now, I look like a turd.

Delivery has been delayed for weeks

Delivery has been delayed for weeks. I requested refund my credit card they claim that’s not an option but offered 15% discount off my next order.

Will contact my bank to get refund.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - awful everything. Dave Roberts should not be in customer service as he has no idea what he’s doing. You really need to rethink the way your company is ran if you can’t get people their orders in a timely fashion. Will make sure everyone I know knows not to order from here. Besides the crap customer service - I ordered a month ago and still bull excuses.

Atrocious customer service

I’ve already wasted enough time with this company, so I’ll keep it short. They didn’t tell us before ordering that there would be delays. They only told us about the delays once we reached out weeks after placing our order and wondering where it was. Then when I tried to cancel and get a refund, they refused over and over again, saying that the order was just delayed. Finally, once I informed them that I had filed a dispute with my bank they all of a sudden changed their policy and issued me a refund. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Do not order from just meats

Do not order from just meats, at the beginning they were great, good meats at a decent price and quick delivery. Now they take your money and make you wait 4-5 weeks for an update on your order. You still don’t get the meat you order just a “promise” of delivery sometime in the future. They refuse refunds and say that the people in charge don’t have access to a phone to return calls. They are scamming people of there money, we were ordering every two weeks for a long time now we have been pushing back on orders as we still haven’t received our meat we paid for a month ago.
