Absolutely shocking experience, please avoid to use this company at any cost. Broker name Adam Faulkner is absolutely careless, unprofessional, dishonest individual. Wasted 4 month of my life and money, didn’t reply to my emails for weeks, messed up my credit score and when I have expressed my unhappiness with his service he told me to go to a different broker. No single word of apology, charged me for evaluation fee 450£ and didn’t provide any evidence that the evaluation was done. Absolutely terrible service

Predatory Practices - Joe Lambert targets vulnerable teenagers and tries to sell them mortgages. Shameful behavior. You should be utterly mortified.

Awful company. Several days before an initial response. No response to follow up emails/phone calls. Next application took 5 days for them to respond (Colchester office) after being chased by Haart Estates, promised phone call from a manager which never materialised. Obviously do not care about selling new builds from Sage. They are awful compared to other financial company's like TMP, who respond in a few hours. AVOID !

My husband and I met Cheryl Damen through our search for a new home. We were immediately impressed by her approach, including her honest and impartial advice based on what was best for us financially - absolutely no hard sell at any point. Our situation and purchase ended up being rather drawn out and convoluted, but Cheryl was so patient, professional and helpful and regularly checked in unprompted by us. She made herself available for meetings if we wanted to talk things through, and always very responsive by email. She was great at explaining things clearly and thoroughly and gave us several options to think about - nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about doing the best by her clients. Cheryl really did take all the hassle out of what was a stressful process and we got exactly what we wanted.
