disgusting company

disgusting company, I ordered a marker for my sons birthhday we asked if they had any discounts on offer and they applied 10%. later on i recieved a phone call from Andy which he said i ordered the wrong marker, which i never and basicly demanded more money from me and thus cancelling out any discount they applied, The marker turned up and when my son opened it up on his birthday it was found to be faulty. I phoned them up on the monday and they arranged for collection and when they recieved it he demanded more money again and saying i was sent the wrong marker again. when i asked for a refund and for him to collect the remaining items, he then said I would have to send the remaining items at my own cost. His attitude stinks he is rude, cocky and couldnt give a toss about his customers.

Misleading product description and very poor service

Bought a package thinking it was a "ready to go" set as per the advertising. Paid extra for the upgraded 20oz canister. Wasn't aware that it would need filling (I'm new to this), wasn't told when I bought the upgrade and now can't find anywhere local to get it filled. Having now looked, other sites make it clear upfront unlike justpaintball.co.uk.

Asked to return the canister in exchange for the original disposable canister, but was told (in an unfriendly manner) it would cost me £13.90 in total ($6.95 to send it to them and £6.95 to get the canister in return) - for a £10 refund. So I'm out of pocket to get to a product they mis-sold in the first place. Have asked for a full refund, lets see how difficult they will be about that!

When I pointed out that they didn't warn people about the need to fill canisters, they kindly sent me the text buried below the drop-down in the delivery and shipping info, about 2 scrolls down the page.

Would rather pay the money for return postage than deal with the poor customer service and attitude of this company.

Paid items missing

Paid items missing, wrong items shipped and no return policy. They infact ghost you when you try to contact them. Never shop from the website.

I waited for 4 months and it still dint…

I waited for 4 months and it still dint arive. Asked for a refund they said i would get it within 4-5 days, 10 days further still no refund and now they arent even responding to my emails anymore just bad ....
please save ure money and shop somewhere els because they will attepemt to steal ure money

Unfortunately Joey purchased a product that was later found to be out of stock and as we had no estimated delivery for the item we offered a full refund. Joey refused this refund on several occasions as he wanted to wait for the product. We maintained contact with Joey continuously until we eventually had to insist that we refund him in full as we still did not have the product. As Joey paid via international payment it can take longer for a refund to be processed and this is something that lies with the bank rather than Just Paintball. We have been in contact with the customer continuously and eventually had to insist he take a refund.

Awful company to shop with

Rude on the phone when it comes to returning products. A few times i have ordered items of their website and they have arrived damaged (includes scratches, dents , missing items within what i have purchased). Overall just save your money and shop else where it is not worth the hassle

Did not arrive.

Tried to purchase some smoke grenades from this site a while back, order never turned up and customer service did not rectify this. Simply blamed the delivery company and offered no solution. Dont use this site.

Just Paintball Are Rubbish

Just Paintball Review
I bought a paintball gun from Just Paintball Thur 08/11/18. I also paid for next day deliver and bought some accessories. Total was over £350.
The gun did not turn up as arranged the next day. When I made contact they said they had one but it did not work! I then asked them to refund me (1).
No refund came through and I then had a phone call on Wednesday 14th Nov (6 days after my purchase). saying they were getting one in Tomorrow (Thursday 15th Nov). They said they’d knock £50 off so I said yes. Jump to 20th November when I sent an email saying ‘ I think you’ve messed me about enough please refund me (2)’. No refund and no response to my email. I then got an email 22nd November) blaming the carrier and that they could not find my address! He also said they were changing their delivery company.
Following this email I told them to refund me (3) again.
Its now 26th November and still no refund!
What an awful company to deal with. I have to advise anyone thinking of purchasing from these via the internet: don’t do it. Go elsewhere, anywhere just not here.

If i Could give no stars I would

If i Could give no stars I would. Brought some googles late last year and surprisingly they didn't turn up after emailing 2 times, I get through to someone that can't give me a tracking number. I then get passed through another 3 people before I get through to someone that claims I stole the item since it was Franked and definitely got delivered. I let this slide and they had the tracer o wanted cheaper then any one else I thought cant be the same problem twice. Bruh was I wrong I ordered on the 16th october the 22nd i was like let me email and just confirm that it's been sent out if not then can it get a refund no response as usual, it's now that 23rd couldn't be asked to deal with the problems opened up a paypal claim saying exactly that if you haven't shipped it can I get a refund 4pm today I get the just paintball has sent you a parcel delivery date of the 27th I don't know if the customer service can't understand English or just couldn't care less about it's customers but avoid like this plaque not worth the hassle.

Customer Service was Proactive and Helpful

I placed an order with Justpaintball recently and they ran out of one of the items. They called me immediately to sort out the issue and still got the order to me within 24 hours. Was happy with the service, product, and price. Would certainly recommend. Thanks!

Bad customer service just paintball

I've had problems from the start of being a new customer. item not being sent out and havung paid for next day delivery, however the next day fee was returned in way of free delivery on another item.
I purchased a remote airline with slide check, the slide check instantly leaked air. Qhen i emailed just paintball they didnt reply, then i used there contact form online and got a very brief message asking where it was leaking from, i replied... That was the last i heard from them. Its the old story you bought it so now there not bothered. I certainly wont be recommending this company to anyone else.

ordered some items that arrived faulty and parts missing and thought i was in for a major headache but was pleasantly surprised to find the sales manager Andy McDermott very helpful and sorted the issues on the spot. highly recommended
