When this app first started it was brill you could not fault it. I am not so impressed anymore though. The app does pay. You have to reach 2 pound min cashout .It used to pay really decent for the points you earned now its not worth the time and effort for stupid rewards at like 10p for over 1 million coins and also challenges do not always work so you can't reach your cashout point because the games keep freezing and do not allow you to gain your rewards needed for the cashout on challenges .its not worth it ufortunately. I have found others that pay way better and more exciting and not taken over by adds ruining the play .

Had been playing for payment or rather trying to. Hard when chronically lied to. Example; hoops jumped thru produces more loops leading me right...more hoops, Gives me vertigo. As though purposely dragging the amount of time it takes to complete assigned task necessary for payment. i.e. the amount of time it took to complete requirements took longer to finish 5% than the first 95%. Requirements for scoring exactly the same throughout game. Added to that they said "know that processing payments can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. Sending Total pay may be broken into varied amounts. As far as I can tell Haven't recieved the first payment and stopped playing after waiting 2 months". Did not play another game fir pay a yr. But its fun to me, The relaxation there is noth to compare for me and my fun playing those games. pulling me out of a focused part of a Team responsible keeping people for people's livesaon my break..games are 👌 for a super fast way to relax because of concentration now needed to win money. I forget Im in the ER breakroom.. Meaning much more, now that someone is willing to pay me.

I was still in PayPal when I noticed. OK 👍 NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT" 👄 I sent you an Email months after joining, unhappy with feeling as though I wasn't getting the right total of some scores. This was when you started changing and rearranging with what looked to be rebuilding your site and in adding and subtracting I became confused and blamed you.IM SEVEREADD AND BLAMING YOU? I told you I was "filing for divorce FROM YOU" sure as usual GETTING RIPPED OFF AGAIN"...WITHIN, the sane week you sent an email apologized for the confusion and ask me to please hang around I promise you will not be disappointed. so actually what is going on is i had issues with you guys not converting my points ro cash so SUPPORT TOLD ME TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL, which I did and not only did I lose all my coins (which they never told me) now I made money on here, after reinstalling and its not letting me cash out because "my face has already been associated with an accounr" when I LITERALLY DID WHAT YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO DO. All of my family and friends have just play accounts so I don't have anyone to ask to verify their face. I'm about to contact the consumer protection agency and the BBB. Also funny enough, they started acting like this after I informed them that i was disabled , so I'm about to contact the ADA AS WELL. Also it let me cash out a few times already then CONVENIENTLY now that I won a good amount-26$ its making me verify my face. This is your guys problem and I expect this to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.

I have been trying to cash out my money for weeks it won't allow me too also I can not play my games anymore

I was fine with playing the games. I opted to cash out with the Amazon card at $8.00. I still have not received the email to get the gift card.

This is an update on my previous review. This APP is really the pits now. The rewards are now bare minimal despite their glowing promises and the Ads are HORRENDOUS. Most are scams peddling snake oil or simply fake ways to con money. Watch an ad to simply enter the app play a game less than a minute to then get bombarded every minute or so. I hoped they would improve but OMG they just get worse. They are not worth the time and effort.

Usually always get rewarded but I spent over 9.99 and never got rewarded

I would’ve actually stuck with JustPlay for a long time if more than half the games they were presenting to me weren’t scamming the hell out of me nobody pays. I had $1000 supposedly loading into my PayPal for 20 minutes as it was continually making me now do 10 more now do 10 more cards now do 10 more cards and then it would go OK loading into your account and it would load load load load the minute. It was supposed to be loaded now you need to do 10 more cards now you need to watch 15 videos. See how annoyed you feel just reading that, you’re gonna feel 100 times more wasting your time playing these games being pretty good at them and then it’s hyping you up you win this money no you know you don’t get any of the bonuses when they say those bonuses you’re gonna get them for signing up no the 200 to 500. It’s not happening that’s why they say oh just go ahead and erase us if we don’t give it to you. They don’t give it to you. They don’t do what they promised or proclaimed they’re gonna do , the only person that says that does what they’re saying they’re gonna do is JustPlay they give you a couple bucks in your PayPal so in five hours of testing games I made $10 so two dollars an hour. I’ve never worked for two dollars an hour. I mean they could’ve least been enough to get a decent bottle of wine give me a break. No I’m done with this whole concept free cash with them. Maybe if JustPlay could work it out where they were really vetting their their apps that were coming through and they were going to pay then I would’ve fully committed as a customer of it at this point hell no. And here’s what gets me the concept is great the app people don’t want to pay the advertising fees so they hook up with the organization or a company like JustPlay and they kind of funnel people in to use the apps and play and when money, but they’re not paying the money so they’re getting the testers to come in and test and then they’re screwing us over if they were actually paying the money. Do you know how big the customers could make them? They would be ginormous but they would rather scam and I don’t get what they’re getting out of it I mean, what are they getting out of it? Just the five stars ,not for me they weren’t. All those women on their going on I’m a stay at home Mom and I I reckon you know 200 a day or 500 a week and this is taking care of my family. Please stop lying that is so rude.

The little deposits keep coming in. That is why I give it three stars. But I have already cashed out to PayPal for $1000. They said 3-7 days for the bank transfer. That was 3 days ago. So if they aren’t going to pay I’m interested to see what the process will be

Loved it at the start and could easily earn over a tenner. Once they get you in, I played literally all day watched hundreds of ads. 7.5 hours. When I done this last week , over £13, today £2.11! Absolute disgust! I’ll be moving to Eureka and staying there. Everyone needs to boycott as they make £40 dollars per video. I also earned 4,779,765 coins… 47p!!!!

I’ve cashed out once before now it wants me to do a face verification tried loads and loads of times won’t work can’t contact anyone think they pay out the first time then do this so you can’t get anymore money from them, there’s no way of contacting them it’s a joke and a scam!

I don't think so. I reported a problem of my coins not converting to cash and all I kept getting was an automated message.

Because their computer doesn't understand English. It could not comprehend what the problem was so it kept telling me I had to do things to fix things that weren't even part of the problem to begin with.
I like this app but since 2026 started the technical issues have gotten out of hand.
Game attributes not downloading properly.
Completing the levels not getting rewards.
Coins not turning into Cash.
I've had more technical issues in the last 17 days that I have in the entire two and a half years I've been playing this app.
BUT CAN I GET A HUMAN BEING IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO REPORT THE GLITCHES IN THEIR SYSTEM.......NO!
We all know computers can break down,
Blow up, go haywire and are not capable of fully understanding all of the particulars of every problem.
Just play, do yourself a favor. Hire a couple of human beings for customer service.
Please it'll make your customers a lot happier.
Don't get me wrong with this app works properly it is fun and pays well. It's a shame that all the technical glitches, the 5,000 ads you have to watch during every game and the idiotic computer generated technical support and are frustrating a customer and taking all the enjoyment out of using this app.

Please don't waist your time and if you do can't say no one tried to tell you YOUR WAISTING YOUR TIME CAUSE IF YOU DECIDE TO PLAY ,YOU PICK A SCAM

I spent nearly three hours playing to reach a cash-out, earning over 34 million points, yet the payout was only $1.02. In the past, I earned $4–$6 for far fewer points, which made the app worthwhile.
Unfortunately, the earning rate has declined significantly. I genuinely used to enjoy JustPlay, but the current rewards no longer feel proportional to the time required. As a result, I’m now looking for alternative earning apps.

Awesome it's like work play games and surveys get money

I love most of the games on the app. But they have a very limited selection. My real gripe right now is the amount of Temu ads!!!
There is no way to exit out of the freaking ad! You have to select "go" or "stop" numerous times, trying to back out of the ad, not allowed to back out of the ad and you end up watching an ad for well over a minute, even longer!
I'm considering dropping out of this app. As a result. I see no way to deselect the Temu ads, as you have the option for other ads in the app.

Hopefully the JustPlay app developers will respond and take the Temu ads off of my games!
