Really friendly and knowledgeable staff that can help with questions or problems promptly and professionally. There's a good selection of products, all very fairly priced, and the frequent in-store events ensure that there's always an inviting energy no matter the day or time.
I ran into a snag where a Warhammer 40k item had been quietly discontinued by Games Workshop ahead of a product refresh, holding up an online order, but after a quick phone call I was able to pop into the shop, collect the items that were available, and swap the unavailable one for a like item. The online listing for the problem item was updated there and then to make sure it wouldn't crop up for anyone else.
