Games Workshop items, non stock but great service
Tried to buy some specialist (necromunda) dice online, turned out they were out of stock, but after a short email conversation was given sope options for available alternatives. As these are non stock item but ordered in from Games Workshop the delivery time is slower. But as I was in no rush this was all fine. Arrived and are exactly as ordered.

Frustrating order, but now resolved
UPDATE
I finally had contact from Just Play who were very apologetic. I had to return the parcel myself but was very quickly reimbursed and refunded for the order. Hopefully just a one off issue, I'm happy to make purchases in the future.
End Update
I was told a number of days after placing my order in mid December that one item was unavailable, so I was refunded that.
I instantly asked to cancel the entire order, as the missing piece was what I needed most for a Christmas present.
I never heard back after sending more emails, until suddenly the unwanted package arrived on January 5th. Still no reply from the shop. It seems they have been entirely ignoring my emails.

I can assure you that we don't ignore emails and that our customer service is usually fantastic and very responsive, as I'm sure you know from your first query! It's possible that we've made a mistake and closed your query due to the order being part refunded, and missed your follow up mails.
Either way we'll get to the bottom of it and solve your issues, and once again, apologies for the problems.

Item arrived but took an incredibly long time.
Could be argued it was exacerbated by postal strikes but would be better to have more range of postal services to avoid issues in future.

Thanks for your feedback. This is almost certainly due to the postal strikes. Other services are also having significant delays due to the additional load being placed on them by people using alternative methods (again due to the postal strikes!) so we've decided not to add extra delivery methods and complexity as we aren't convinced it'll solve the issues. But we will monitor the situation and do what we can to make sure you get your packages asap!
As a small business, low star reviews can affect us quite significantly. I'd like to ask that you consider whether postal issues that are happening country-wide right now are worth giving us 3 stars for, and maybe consider whether it may be fair to update your review?
