Calling customer services helps

When I ordered the bag it said I would have it in 3-5 days, then got an update that it would ship in 1-2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, I called in asking questions as I had no update or when I was going to get the bag. I had already paid for it and nothing was even on the way to me. The person I talked to was great and helpful. He said it looks like we have one of these bags at one of our stores and got it shipped out. His help is why I gave a 3 star instead of a 1 star.

I had a question about my order and got…

I had a question about my order and got no response so I called and the guy was very helpful but never did get a response to 2 or 3 emails.
Also (I have no idea if this has anything to do with to just say golf but I've received a couple txt/email with promotion code ect. but some how disappear

100% satisfied. I highly recommend shopping here.

Everything went perfectly. The staff was excellent, always responding quickly and very polite. They answered all my questions and met the specified deadlines for S&H. The clubs were just as described, excelent product. Without a doubt, it was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend buying from this store.
