I wanted to surprise my husband with a…

I wanted to surprise my husband with a putter he’d been looking at through Prime on Amazon. It’s hard to surprise him because the account is in his name and he usually gets the packages off the front porch. I decided to find a company and order the putter. When I purchased it, I wrote a note asking when it would be delivered so I could intercept it. Kyle Wetstein emailed me with a helpful response. He put in a link so I could track the package and told me it was a three day UPS delivery. Sure enough, I was able to intercept it and surprise 😯 my husband!!! Stay away from this site. I ordered golf balls more than a month ago , never came and never got another email about it despite trying to get in contact with them. Stole 70$ from me

Terrible experience

I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over four weeks. I emailed for an update and have not received a response. At this point, im just going to submit a dispute with my credit card to get my money back

My experience with Just Say Golf was awesome. I ordered the wrong color golf bag as a Christmas gift and with no questions asked, they let me exchange for the correct color. They even sent the correct color before they got the incorrect color back. Great customer service.

Zero communication

Zero communication. Pushing a month since the order was placed and no item. Only communication was when I called 3 weeks in to find out status. Was told item was shipping next day. No item. No communication. No tracking number. Very frustrating

Scam site

I ordered a golf bag from just say golf for $217 for my boyfriends Christmas present yesterday. During the check out procedure I got a notification saying that my payment was declined. I went to check my bank account and the money had been taken out already. I emailed Justsaygolf immediately to tell them and that I hadnt received any confirmation or order number. I have emailed them again today and via instagram messenger but nothing back no reply!!. I am very disappointed and upset as this is a gift and I have nothing to show for it - i guess just a very expensive mistake!!

It looks like your transaction was declined by our payment processing company. We have strict fraud filters so the billing details on your order may not have been an exact match to the billing address on your card.

It also looks like you may be trying to place this order from outside of the USA. Our payment processing company can reject orders for cards that aren’t USA based.

The transaction you’re seeing on your bank/card details is a temporary transaction and will be re-dispersed to your account once your bank or credit card company has processed it.

If you would like to re-place your order, we ask that you use PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to keep yourself and our company protected in the transaction.
