Perfection in Lettering
I planned our new room decor around some wording from Just Saying Designs. I have watched (stalked) her page for ages in awe of the beautiful designs and how they make rooms so much more personal, sleek and sexy! I knew as soon as I found this page I would own a piece, or a few...
The whole ordering process was great, communication was brilliant and I felt welcome to ask anything I needed. I was so excited when I ordered and when they piece arrived I was genuinely blown away. The pictures don't do them justice, they are stunning. Every detail has clearly been made with the upmost attention and love. It has finished our room perfectly, as I knew it would. I am very saddened to read this one star review.. I went above and beyond to have a gift made and delivered on a very short timescale. I provided you with photos of your gift and proof that it had been posted a week before the date you gave. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, parcels go missing but I feel it is very unfair to leave a negative review based on that. I understand it is frustrating to not have received your gift (despite the tracking being shown as delivered). With all that in mind, a full refund was issued and I hope you managed to replace the gift for your friend.
