I buy these spices from time to time for salads and other needs in regular supermarkets or on Amazon.

Today I’ve opened a package with Meat Allrounder (after maybe 2-3 months not using it, best before 15 Apr 2026) and it was full of insects(((( horrible experience. Can’t attach photos..

It means their eggs were there already at the production stage.. :(

I know you can find those things in an old tea, cereals and pasta.. but spices was something new for me!

I got a limited edition curry from Just Spices that is no longer produced. But a quick email sorted the problem and the lady I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and knowledgable.

At least I can use the online store but that curry was utterly delicious and Vegan too (for the people concerned about that).

I just wish I hadn't "scranned" them as fast as I did.

So I just received my order of 4 kinds of just spices to try. They smell so good. But they are a gift. The problem is they claim you get a free avocado all rounder to try for ordering a certain amount. Needless to say I didn’t get that. And all you get is a frustrating dummy that tells you repeatedly to send pics of the box and damaged canisters. They know what they are doing. It’s called fraud. I’m not messing with it as they hope I won’t. I’ll just give the spices as the gift I intended them for and be done with them! That’s just shady!!

Fabulous spices. I am on to my 3rd order and so glad I found this company, myself and my son love adding these spices to our dishes. In particular to our eggs and porridge but there is so much you can do with them, cooking seems so boring without them now😀

The Cusomer Service is really fast to reply but not good at all. I did not get my order and they were not able to help me and even with a few attempts to write what my problem was they didn’t properly understand.

justspices.es does not deliver to my home address, same thing with all my orders, this is the 3rd I believe. No delivery attempt, no advice. I have to check the tracking and see it has been dropped in a store, 20 min by car from my home. Customer support does not understand their responsibility with the delivery company selected by them.
I can understand one error, but this seems to be the normal case and I don't get it, nor do I get the CS attitude. We are still talking but in case they won't react PayPal will come in and no further orders as they also sell the spices now at a German discounter here in Spain.. Have no time for these things, nor understanding for bad customer service.

I ordered from Just Spiced two weeks ago. I have not received anything in that period.

Initially customer service seemed good and they responded immediately to reply and promise that replacement would be sent. However two weeks later and still no spiced and no customer service has stopped replying.

I have now begun the wheels of legal action as although the value of my order was low on principle I don't think that companies like this should be allowed to get away with this.

ONLY ORDER IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Ich habe vor zwei Wochen bei JustSpices bestellt und noch nichts bekommen. Inzwischen haben sie mir mehrmals versprochen, meine Gewürze sofort zu liefern. Aber nix ist passiert. Ich glaube nicht mehr, dass meine Bestellung erfüllt wird und halte JustSpice für Betrüger. Sei bereit, wenn du von ihnen was bestellst, deine Geld zu verlieren.

Fast delivery and friendly service. And good produt too!

Ordered a spice rack, with 5 spices. At least that's what it appears to be on their website.

Was told to wait 1-3 business days for delievery.

5 days later I email their customer service, no response.

Eventually i get the package and customer service respond to say they are very busy and that i should have now received my package.

Open it up, no spices. Tell customer services, only for them to reply that no spices are included with the product.

Every image of the rack on their website has 5 spices with it, the description even states '5 Spice Mixes' and 'Brings color to the kitchen.'

How does a brown wooden spice rack bring colour? Its the spices that do.

Customer service say they will 'pass my feed back on' and asked if i'd like to return the product.

I would, but now i have to pay for the return postage on a massively oversized box that they shipped this tiny package in.

If you don't like spices, receiving things on time or keeping your money then you'll love Just Spices!

I am really disappointed to have to write this, but I put in an order on August 21st and was promised 1-2 days delivery. The payment was taken from my card and I started getting regular updates from Evri, the courier who, after 4 days informed me that the parcel was too large and had been sent to a “special team”. However, no parcel appeared and the updates dried up. I have written to Just Spice to ask for some information about my order and so far (5 days later), I haven’t had an acknowledgment, answer or refund. This isn’t what I’d hoped for and I was looking forward to sampling the seasonings. I hope somebody from Just Spice and/or the courier can resolve this asap.

This side justspices is really great. You have many selections. The quality and the taste are really good. I'm really satisfied. I can only recommend trying it out.

Delicious recipes and spices. My favorite is the garden salad dressing. Recommend!!!

I love Just Spices. Of course, there are always favourite ones, as for me it´s the Avocado Topping and the Hähnchengewürz. But I am always trying out new ones as well, last time the Ingwershot, and I wasn´t dissapointed.

Delivery and customer service are great, nothing to improve here:-)

One thing, though: a scattering top or attachment in the containers would be a HUGE benefit.
