I had been a customer for quite awhile
I had been a customer for quite awhile. I noticed this month that I was getting low and hadn't received a new order. I then got an email stating that my account had been cancelled. Who knows why????
Wanting to continue the service I got online and opened a new account for two bottles a month instead of one.
So literally the second I entered my credit card info my old account that was supposedly cancelled was working and I was informed that it was on the way.
Weird but okay Ill just cancel the new order........
I called their number 25 times within a 24 hour period and still no one answers the phone. I leave an email and I received a call back while I was working stating that they wanted to straighten things out and that they had installed a new program that was causing them problems
The message stated that I could contact them back before 5 pm and someone would help me out.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE STUPID.................
So after I leave a message after trying to get through their phone system 10 more times I get a ridiculous email stating that yes the account that was suspiciously closed was back on and the product had been delivered.
Laughably they said the second order that I wanted cancelled had already been shipped and that I could only get my money back by jumping through hoops for a problem that they created. How laughably opportunistic..
Obviously I cancelled both accounts and will never buy their products again.
People like this think they are too big to fail. Poor or no service in this case will take you down every time. Save your money and avoid this company.
