We bought remotely (from England) and the service was great, they sent us photos and a video (so we could see how the light reflected off them) of the tiles that we ended up buying. Very competitive price, fast delivery and great service.

I was a bit confused at receiving a package that said “ EVOSTICK STICKS LIKE SH%T” as I initially thought that the wrong product had been sent out. When the box was opened and I removed the black plastic then it was obvious that the correct product had been sent. The suspense nearly killed me!

Website could be more clear.
Be mindful that, unlike some other websites, when you place an order it is not for a packet of tiles it is for a square metre. I made the mistake of placing an order for what I thought was 2 packets (5 square metres) of tiles as the website said it was on offer and I'd got it elsewhere before for what l believed was almost double the price. However, when the delivery arrived it was one packet. I called to query this when it became clear that I'd made a mistake based on how they choose to market/sell products compared to other sellers.

The guys were great with the social distancing but none of they're usual charm & helpfulness was missing. 😃
