Rude and extremely expensive

We went to Just Tiles to get a quote for our bathroom tiles. They gave us a sample and quoted us £1.74 a tile. We thought it was a bit expensive but couldn't find them elsewhere at the time. My wife rang them to order and they were quite rude and condescending to her. She was upset by this and challenged me to find the tiles from another supplier. I sourced 290 of the same tiles from MKM in Colchester for 90 pence each. Thank you Nathan, you saved us £243.60.
