Great option for new tyres and TPMS sensors.
A great service from the Buckingham centre. I have four new tyres fitted and also replaced all four TPMS sensors. The online booking tool was easy to use and there were plenty of free appointments which meant I could get everything done at a time convenient for me. A phone call confirmed that I could have the TPMS sensors done at the same time and saved a bit of labour as part of the tyre change. I didn’t have to wait long for the work to be completed. Nice friendly staff, I would recommend and use again.

They charged me for tyres they didn't have, and tried to fob me off for an inferior replacement
I ordered my tyres, and booked my time slot, when I arrived at the tyres fitters, they removed my wheels, then I was told that they didn't have my tyres, they called just tyres who offered me another brand that they said were just as good. When I asked for the details for a comparison, it turned out that the tyres the we're trying to get me to have were C rating in the wet when I had ordered ones that were an A rating, they then offered an A wet rating tyre but at considerable more cost to me, they were unable to get me the tyres I had paid for.

Good staff at Huddersfield branch
I had some very bad experiences regarding rude staff in the past at just tyres Huddersfield branch. I mean horrendous.
Iv have avoided Huddersfield branch for a while.
I gave it a go last week, and it was very good. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with both of them.
I bought 6 tyres in total. It all went very well.

Once again used Just Tyres Harrogate…
Once again used Just Tyres Harrogate and have done for 10 plus years.
4th August 26, had 4 x Continental tyres fitted to my Audi A6. Spoke initially to Chris, who got me a great deal.
Guys who fitted them were polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Refused to fit one tyre in an emergency, then no real accountability afterwards
I visited Just Tyres St Neots on 22 June with a puncture, needing just one tyre fitted urgently before a booked appointment elsewhere to fit the rest. Even with proof of that booking, staff flatly refused to touch my car unless I bought a full set on the spot, telling me “we are not touching your car unless you’re fitting all the tyres.” No flexibility, no alternative just a customer left stranded with a flat.
I came back on the 23rd. Staff seemed put out to see me, questioned me about whether I’d gone elsewhere first, and only then fitted the tyre with the pressure cap left barely accessible.
After raising this with the area manager, and contacted me on the 4th of August showed no real measures were taken. I was simply told a waiver had been put in place so this wouldn’t happen again with no apology at all for the tyre being fitted wrongly in the first place. No accountability for the botched job, just a policy line. If a company can’t handle a genuine emergency without demanding a full sale first, and can’t even apologise when their own work is faulty, I wouldn’t trust them

always used these guys at Scunthorpe branch. To be honest always proffesional and they specialise in fitting tyres.
I find paying a couple of quid more for a set of tyres properly fitted and balanced is always worth it.There always competitive on price and usually beat others in the area win win.
