I ordered the tyres and booked the appointment on line, but when I arrived they hadn't been delivered (staff sickness apparently). I rebooked for the following day, by which time the tyres were on site, and received prompt, efficient and friendly service from the tyre fitter.

The tyre on my car had a puncture, so I went to Just Tyres in Chesham to get the tyre checked, Steve showed me that it couldn’t be repaired and I totally agreed as the tread was borderline, so he recommended replacing it along with a the other side which I knew I had to be replacing as it was illegal. He showed me exactly what was needed and he went that extra mile, from beginning to end, the whole team there were brilliant and they all gave outstanding customer service, thank you so much for your time today. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, steff clearly knew what they were doing and got on the job quickly and efficiently. The only downside was that there was a half hour delay becasue of a complication with a previous client, mnenaning one of their work bays was out of action. Thankfully I was not in a ruch.

Wheel alignment
Whilst they replaced tyres for me efficiently and at a good price and advised about new locking wheel nuts, unfortunately they kept coming up with excuses not to align my wheels. They also incorrectly implied that they was a serious problem with my steering which after visits to 2 garages was not the case. I had to go elsewhere for full wheel alignment.

Price was good. Booked in for 3.
Arrived at 2:50 told by the manager to return in 45 minutes. Returned at 3:50. Operative apologized and told me that he had been very busy and had only just started .No sign of the manager. I said I would return in 45 mins. Operative rang me at 4:25 to say tyres had been fitted. Again apologised. When I collected the car there was again no sign of the manager.
