Just Tyres - Daventry Reviews 

Booked, Front Break Check, Pre-MOT Check, Tyre Check, Steering Check, Suspension Check, Battery Check. and bought 4 new tires. Drop off the vehicle 2hours before the booked time. I was advised to come back 1hour after the booking time. I arrived on time, no new tyres, no checks completed. I waited in reception for an hour, now 1 hour late of the agreed time, Nobody communicated anything, on the wall it says nobody needs to wait more than 30 minutes. Car finally went in, I booked time at 3pm I got I back 6pm with new tyres. I asked about the check, and they said it is fine. I asked can you do the checks and answer was it I can do battery check it will take 30minutes, however I cannot do the others as I am not trained. I have 4 new tyres which two are leaking and has gone down already after a week. I have been trying to get hold of the customer service to get checks completed or cancelling the order as they are not completing the order.
This company is very poor, in customer service and communications. Week on there is no plan to complete the order or refund. I propose you take your business elsewhere.

Urgently needed a tyre due to puncture within hour of ringing asking for price and fitting done within hour! Also check other tyres which needed replacing and came back days later got new fronts sorted. Great help and service

Staff were excellent and service was great, thank you.

Ordered my tyres and booked online.. arrived early to my fitting appointment but they got stuck in straight away.. I drove it in and within no time both front wheels off and they fitted my tyres.. also used a torque wrench and correctly did the wheel nuts.

We arrived at our agreed time and date, having travelled 15 miles, each way.
The tyres were not available as they had not been delivered
As our appointment had been agreed, why were we not informed of the non delivery of the tyres?
We ended up, travelling 60 miles instead of 30.
Staff at the depot, laughing told us it was not the depots fault but head office.
Really!!
Shite service!

I purchased a replacement tyre for my caravan and booked an appointment to have it fitted using the online service for 9:00am.
I arrived just befor nine and was greeted by a curteous staff member who booked me in and proceeded to sort my tyre. I left the depot with new tyre fitted around 9:15.
I have had experience of several other tyre companies in Daventry and have had to wait much longer to have tyres fitted so well done Just Tyres.
As for the cost, Just Tyres beat the competition by around £12. Because of the prices and service Just Tyres will be my first port of call next time I need tyres.

Turned up and the tyres were there, appreciated that the team on site had said it had been a close thing, this showed they had been monitoring the situation.
1/2 hour and the tyres were fitted. Great

Quick helpfull service

Good selection of tyres online & prices were cheaper for the same tyres elsewhere.
On the day they seemed short staffed as only 1 guy was fitting tyres & also dealing with the desk & phone. He did very well considering having to multitask but took longer than the hr quoted which was understandable.

Excellent price. Information given about moving from to back after 10,000 miles as had all 4 tyres replaced. (Not a 4 wheel drive).
Booked on line. Took longer than was expected but pleasant staff.

I needed two new tyres book same day on line and was all sort within 1 hour
So was happy with that
