AVOID
AVOID! Went to Harrogate to have three new tyres fitted at a cost of £371.21. Went for a short walk during the fitting. When I returned, the new tyres were on the car, but the fitter told me that he had removed a nail that was causing a puncture in the old tyre that I was not replacing. He said he had fixed it and it would only cost me £20 if I paid him cash directly as opposed to £35 if we did it through the books. This was obviously his little side hustle, there was no puncture and no nail in the tyre.
When I got home, I decided to phone the manager just to check to see if this was legitimate. He was not the least bit interested, he’s obviously in on the scam himself. I will never be using them again.

Got a flat tyre after hitting a pothole…
Got a flat tyre after hitting a pothole on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I got the car towed there and they got it straight in and fixed 20 minutes later - very happy with the service and price
