Very helpful. Certainly use them again

The tyre company came across to me as very unprofessional, 3 young guys, the manager slumped in his chair, job handed to 1 of the men, then all 3 working in the workshop, all busy chatting, checking their mobiles, I had ordered 4 tyres and expected the job to take 20-30mins max, it took over an hour and 15mins, my car was the only car they had to work on. No apology, just sign there mate and that was it, wouldn't recommend this place to others.

I booked an 11.00am appointment but didn’t get to drive away with my new tyres fitted until 1.45pm. I don’t mind a short delay but that was excessive. One of the staff admitted that an ‘area manager’ had been in earlier and was accepting more bookings than they could cope with, causing the backlog. On the positive side, tyre price and availability were good.

Very competitive price, it’s that simple! Ordered online had them fitted in Huntingdon, my appointment was 12 noon, arrived early, no problem the staff said, great service!

I came on the time, but they told me i need wait 1 houre, after that my alloys was all in grace, wheels was marked on with some colour ink, crayola? Have no idea, and i paid for alignment wich was doesnt done, beacouse 2 day later i checked IT in different garage. Sh

What is there to say about a tyre fitting company?
Shopped around, and Just Tyres offered the product I was looking for, at a price I found acceptable, and could fit them at a time convenient to me.

When arrived for fitting, started on time, and did not appear to take any longer than necessary to do the job.

Would I use them again? If the price of the product being supplied was acceptable, yes.

Everything was ok until I drove home. The car has pressure sensors and they where warning me of low pressure. Having no idea how they work, thinking they may reset themselves, I drove the mile home. The next day they wife said about the low pressure warning and so I had to pump the tires up to the correct pressure in the rain with a foot pump. Not happy that Just Tyres only do tyres and not air.

I had to stop on the way home to put air in one of the tyres fitted, they only filled it to about half of what it should have been. Did not put a dust cap on either. I had a late appointment so could not return to the shop as it was closed.

I thought the service was good and professional and didn't have to wait long for my two tyres to be fitted.
