I hit a pot hole which popped my tyre. Looking for a replacement online I found Just Tyres. Their prices were competitive and I highly recommend ordering online.

Quick had two tyres changed in and out with no hassle

I ordered tyres online and booked to have them fitted. I was contacted immediately to advise there would be a delay in delivery so re-booked the fitting. When I arrived I was told that the tyres I had ordered had not been delivered but that alternatives were available. This issue had been arranged between the fitting branch and head office. I was content with this as I had no preference as to tyre brand but they did have all my details had they thought to call, text or email me concerning the change. I am pleased with the tyres, the fitting service and the cost.

Wash room/toilet could have been a bit cleaner.

Reception area was dirty and digusting workers were no care attiuded telephone ringing all the time no one answering it loss of customers from no one to answer it as they were busy fitting tyres only good thing was they did not damage my wheels after mess up only getting one delivered so had to wait another day also one worker had a reflective coat on with a different business on the rear on coat not a good look for just tyres

Very honest appraisal whether my tyres needed replacing or not. Even though I had prepaid for 4 new tyres, they advised I didn't need all 4 and offered to refund me accordingly.

Appalling customer service. I was refused service as I missed my appointment window by literally two minutes. I was late two minutes due to heavy rain causing slow traffic (yellow waring issued). I ask twice if my tyres can be fitted. I was told by Darrell, the only member of staff, who was working on a different car during the slot assigned to me, who with the condescending and ignorant approach informed me that I missed the appointment (even by two minutes) thus he will not fit my tyres and as he is a big manager of this place and his decision is final. There were no other cars waiting. He was just finishing one job. Absolutely discussing. Someone with that approach and massive lack of interpersonal skills should never been a manager.
