Booked this garage via the JustTyres website. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and they were kind enough to bring me forward. To replace two front tyres it took 15 minutes, the gentlemen that work here are seasoned veterans. In regards to the JustTyres company, for the tyres I wanted (Hankook Ventus Prime 4) I couldn't find a better price. Booking an appointment was simple.
Funny story, or not. I have special metallic dust caps for my car, they put one back on, but forgot the other, I only realised this once I returned home, so gave them a call. As I live far away, they were happy to post this single dust cap to me, by first class also. So for that reason, I was extra inclined to leave a review. Overall, great service, would recommend highly. I shall return.

Easy booking with quick availability for tyres…
Easy booking online with a choice of tyres available for our vehicle within a couple of days. Easy to get to. Book in was simple & my order was ready to start work on time. Slight issue with the initial fitting in that the wheel weight was placed in the wrong position, resulting in a knocking noise as I drove away. When I realised, I turned round & went straight back to the garage, who apologised & fixed the issue there & then. Staff were all friendly.

My experience with Just Tyres was…
My experience with Just Tyres was disappointing due to a lack of proper technique on my first visit. The technician incorrectly used an impact/torque driver to remove my security lock nuts, which resulted in the key breaking.
Consequently, I had to purchase a replacement key myself for £25 and reschedule the entire appointment. On my second visit, a different technician used manual ratchet drivers and completed the job properly. While the work was eventually done correctly, the initial mistake cost me extra time and money. I hope management ensures all staff are properly trained on handling locking wheel nuts.

Excellent and swift service as always
Excellent and swift service as always, they had the right tyre for my car in stock and managed to get a slot at half 5 the next day, needed the fitter to inspect my wheel as I’d driven around on a flat (without realising!) and the check he gave was thorough and reassured me , 5* service and would recommend

Great service from the guys at Newbury
Great service from the guys at Newbury. Needed 4 new tyres on my motorhome. Ordered Friday and fitted the following day. Appointment booked for 2pm and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived and got straight on with the job.

Great service from these guys I arrived…
Great service from these guys I arrived earlier than my appointment & they got me straight in even though they were busy. They also told me I had a wheel alignment issue & sorted it while I was there. 100% I will use just tyres again
