Excellent service!
I initially popped in to have my brakes checked due to juddering when braking. The team made sure my brake discs and pads were thoroughly checked to ensure my car was safe to drive, advising replacement due to bad wear issues. The Area Manager himself went to get the discs and pads and fitted them, showing me the worn parts and issues every step of the way. The whole process from initial check to complete fitting took two hours, even though I was only booked in for a quick visual check! Excellent service and a friendly, welcoming team.

No problem with the work itself
No problem with the work itself, they did exactly what was required, paid for. Loss of 1 star on the basis the PSI in all 4 tyres replaced was not as per manufactures spec. Lazy given the actual PSE is stated on the card inside the drivers door.
I get as a business you may just work to a standard PSI as at times there is a range and it is personal preference as to what PSI you chose, but perhaps mention that when the car is collected.

Easy to order tyre and book fitting…
Easy to order tyre and book fitting through their online portal. Tyres are always very competitive, cheaper than most and offer not to be beaten on price. Staff on day were extremely helpful, efficient and very thorough fitting tyre. Waiting room was clean and warm. I have used Just Tyres many times and will be back when the need arises. I have recommended them to my friends and have no hesitation in doing so here also. Keep up the good work guys.

Sadly prices doubled in less than two years BUT ordering on line so easy, the branch used was extremely busy, but the young man was brilliant, courteous and knowlegable. Two front tyres and four wheel tracking all complete in half hour.

Poor service, poor time management.
Arrived 15 minutes before appointment.
Told me that I was brave for putting budget tyres on my car.
I asked how long it would take so I could take a little walk. There was 1 other car there and 2 people working. They said 45 minutes. I came back after 50minutes to find they hadn't started. I went inside at which point the manager went out for a cigarette,and he started ordering the junior member of staff to do my car.
Took 90minutes from when I asked and I was then instructed to take my own car out of the workshop.
Not a particular wholesome experience.
