New tyre
Took our car for a new tyre but while there our battery died completely. Jack and the team were amazing, Jack went out of his way to help and replaced the battery for us.
Can’t thank them enough.

Didn’t like the employees playing on game boys whilst I waited for their colleague to finish earlier job…
Liked that the job was completed quickly to the agree price.
Didn’t like that the staff were unable to offer me an earlier appointment when I called earlier in the day. On arrival at the garage, two workers were playing on their gameboys and declined to assist me. Instead I had to wait for the one employee who was working on the earlier job. The two employees continued to play on their game boys whilst I waited for their colleague to complete the job.
Pls respond to me as I’d like to understand if gameboy playing in front of customers is standard practice in your garage.
Additionally, the new tyre was set to the wrong pressure.

Let down
Felt like the guy wasn't expecting my vehicle even though booked online then when the tyres were replaced I drove away and all the pressures were all different and very high. Very disappointed as always have good service here normally felt let down this time.

I have just had my tyre changed on my smart car . The service I was given by Connor,Tye,Jack was the best that I’ve received from any mechanic. They were all very open and honest which is very important again I would recommend this tyre shop to anybody. I would definitely give it 100% and 5 Star . A great service by three very politely spoken gentleman.

Ordered a tyre online for an ageing Corsa, however I'd made a mistake on the order. The guys at Reading Branch quickly sorted me a correct tyre and even price matched it to the original order.
