Booked in for 12.30 - got there before 12.30, they only had 2 people working the garage then 2 other people came in with 12.30 appointments at 12.55 they hadn’t started my car or either of the other two customers - one of the customers left then I asked for a refund as I didn’t have time to wait as I needed to get back to work (hence the 12.30 appointment) when I asked for a refund the guy told me I had to ring head office to get my refund as I’d pre paid online, I asked the guy to ring which he did . I did get my refund but it took 4 days and there was no apology or compensation for wasting my time. I will never use this company again and I will advise others not to as well

Fast, clear and professional

Friendly service. Kept in the loop of what’s going on. Only two members of staff working on my visit so waited a bit longer than anticipated but was kept up to date all the way through. As someone who works in the trade it was nice to see the professional attitude of the guy running the place. Would recommend.

Competitive price for 4 x Michelin primacy 4 all fitted within the hour.
I like the idea of ordering on line & booking an appt. Didn't mark my alloys when taking the wheel nut out unlike the last place I used. Like that they use a proper torque wrench to tighten them correctly.

I was very impressed with the kind and friendly approach to my visit. Also I didn’t have to wait too long for the work to be completed.

Had all 4 tyres replaced on my car. The lads that work there were polite, efficient and professional. They did the work quickly, I was there less than an hour. Very good service, can't fault them in any way. Very happy 😊

Excellent and efficient service

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Just Tyres. I booked online for two tyre replacements along with pre-MOT and steering checks, and clearly informed them I wanted the front tyres replaced. Like any standard UK practice, I expected the new tyres to be fitted on the rear for safety, but they went ahead and put them on the front without even confirming. When I questioned this, they asked for an extra £25 to move them, which felt unreasonable. It didn’t end there—just the next day my car showed a tyre pressure warning, and I found the front tyres were significantly overinflated compared to the rear, which is a fundamental safety check they completely ignored. This level of carelessness and poor attitude is unacceptable, especially after paying over £100 and I would not recommend them based on this experience.
