Fast efficient service with friendly staff. Needed a tyre on Saturday afternoon after our visitors from Blackpool found a screw in the edge of a tyre. Just Tyres had the right tyre in stock at a great price and were open.

What can I say
What can I say? I had been losing tyre pressure over the weekend and again today. I rocked up 10 minutes before closing to see if they would have a look expecting to be as welcome as a bacon sandwich in a mosque. Quite the opposite. Elliott and Aidan couldn’t do enough. Didn’t try the usual “can’t repair that mate” but instead, repaired the tyre straight away and got me sorted. Can’t rate these guys highly enough. 5********

Very Poor Customer Service
I had a really disappointing experience at Just Tyres Scunthorpe. On my first visit, the manager showed a very unwelcoming attitude, which I decided to overlook at the time. In fact, his attitude was the reason I decided to buy my tyre online instead of through the branch.
When I returned to have the tyre fitted, he was again rude and dismissive. Then, when I came back to collect my car, he didn’t even hand over the keys properly — he just left them and the paperwork on top of the car and told me from a distance that I could leave.
It’s a shame, because I would like to return to this branch, but only if the manager’s attitude changes or I receive an apology on my next visit. His behaviour really lets the company down, as I’m sure the rest of the team work hard to provide good service.

Bad attitude
That's the second time I have used just tyres...and both times been advised to buy more expensive tyres or more tyres than I require.
This time I ordered and paid online...when I arrived was told I ordered the wrong tyres and had to have different tyres. When infact I ordered the correct tyres.The branch managers attitude and the way he spoke to me was disgusting. Saying I had to sign a disclaimer if I didnt get different tyres.
I will not be intimidated...will not be spoken to rudely....this is the last time I use just tyres in Scunthorpe. Head office need to have a word with this manager..he is giving your company a bad name.

Ended up buying another tyre
Ended up buying another tyre, which i hadn't planned on, however the ride is much better for it.
Balancing/alignment was off when I left, returned a few moments later and was sorted straight away. Car driving true and smooth

Prompt & efficient service
I bought online, booking an early AM fitting time and as such it was not busy when I arrived, so my two new tyres were fitted, balanced and on the car in short order. I was on my way in about 15-20 minutes, pleased with both my purchase and the service.
