4 New tyres fitted and balanced, tracking adjusted all at a great price and in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Team at Just Tyres Solihull are polite, friendly and professional… great Team and can’t thank you enough. Cars handling and ride are noticeably better too so I am very pleased

The 4 new tyres are made in 2022 and 2023 which is about 2.5 and 3 years old.

Ordered a pair of premium tyres. Price was good and they were able to get the model I wanted. I had had the wheels refurbished, so I left them with the centre to speed up the process. They then asked me to pay an extra charge for installing the wheels on the car, despite having quoted, and received payment, on a 'fitted' basis including wheel balancing. Not only was the fitter unable to point me to any terms mentioning such a charge, he also used dismissive language and refused to liaise with the company's customer service department in order for a solution to be found. He repeatedly made clear that he considered the issue to be confined to my relationship with 'head office' and was completely unwilling to reason with my suggestion that, as far as I was concerned, he was the face of the company.

Once I threatened his head office colleagues with a Trading Standards report and a County Court claim, I was invited back to the centre where the wheels were installed for me, without any apology or compensation for the time I lost.

The guys who did fit the wheels were both pleasant (the original fitter wasn't involved) and efficient...but it seems like they forgot to double-check the pressures as I thought I'd have a look the following day and both tyres were seriously overinflated (36psi instead of 29).

All in all, the job did get done, I didn't overpay and no kittens/nuns lost their lives in the process, but I don't think I will be going back in a hurry.

The two fellas who did the work were welcoming, humerous, chatty and all round good lads. They made my visit a pleasure. I was in for 1 x tyre renew which I paid for online and was cheaper and a better experience than I had from my last visit to another tyre company called Kwik Fit. Would defo recommend Hermitage Rd Solihull for a Just Tyres visit.

The staff at my local center were very helpful and friendly. They made sure I got the right tyre at the best price.

Very good service got the job done

Fitted 2 brand new tyres, asked the technician for what the correct tyre pressure should be. Despite giving us the advice, and talking £45 for realignment, discovered completely wrong pressure was put into each front tyres. Friendly staff but let down by their actions.
