Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they finished the job quickly.

Generally good, the tyres were fitted promptly and the staff were excellent.
Only problem i he'd was them trying to change me for what they called a wheel swop.
I'd taken my other set of wheels(which were in the back of my transporter)to have 4no tyres supplied and fitted,i wanted them to fit the new tyres to the wheels in the back of my transport and put them on my van,I thought that was reasonable thinking there was no extra work involved, bearing in mind if they'd fitted new tyres to my existing wheels then they'd need to remove them to do so,after paying over £700 plus £45 for wheel alignment wanting to charge me £30 per wheel extra was taking the wee as there was no extra work involved,after a vigorous discussion with the manager he saw my point.
Just seemed like I was being ambush .
This is not a reflection on the manager or staff as they were very good,just the company policy .

Price was very competitive cheaper than all I tried done quickly so very happy will use again

Easy to book on line. Did not try to get more money from you. Excellent service from the young lads on arrival and during my tyre fitting. Going back to get the Wifes done.

The work was easy to book, it was carried out quickly, efficiently and on time. The employee carrying out the work was friendly and helpful.

The manager from the Huntingdon branch had to man this site on the day (Sat), as none of the staff had turned up for duty. But you would never have known it!

The online purchasing process and the website was simple to use. Confirmation was immediate and pricing very competitive. Despite just the one person was on duty and the branch appeared busy with customers. My appointment was on time and finished 15 mins early. The job involved the replacement of x 4 tyres.

I highly recommend Just Tyres, very easy to book your appointment, good pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Really fast and efficient work advised about another tyre wearing on the inside I hadn’t seen and happy to match the pre booked price I’d paid for the first and super fast getting me sorted straight away the next day after I’d picked up a screw in one of the tyres

I had a previous great experience at the St Ives branch, so was really keen to choose them again. Big mistake!

Despite specifically asking for care to be taken when removing and refitting the weights on my alloys, they were scraped off with a sharp instrument, the adhesive tape left on, new weights stuck on skew-whiff partly over the top of the old tape. A real gorilla job. I booked through e-tyres, so I tried complaining to them, but my support ticket was ignored.

Had an excellent service from the st ives branch. All staff were very polite and professional and sorted my car very quickly.

It was easy to pre-purchase tyres and book appointment online but the reason I only gave 3 stars was because it took 2 hours from arrival to have 4 tyres changed! They did apologise but seriously 2 hours!

The customer service wasn’t fantastic. The only member of staff on site re was fiddling with his phone. He was surprised to see me then told me that I was late. He had moved my appointment time to 15 mins earlier but not told me. Not a great communicator. There are signs up telling customers that no job should be more than 30 minutes, but his 10 minute phone call was not factored into the appointment
