Good Range of Tyres
Good Range of Tyres - for ALL Budgets.
Had to re-arrange appointment and had no issues.
Happy with the tyres and the price paid.
This is the second time i visit this centre, had very friendly guys the first time I visited.
this second time - the Guy really look like he didnt want to be there.

Good value and service but with room for improvement
I ordered and paid for my tyres online, which was very easy, and I also made an appointment to have them fitted at my local branch in Strood. Unfortunately they were not able to fit at the booked time as some other customers without appointments had arrived. However they did complete the work within a reasonable time and to a good standard, but then didn't call to let me know when finished as agreed, so I had to guess how long it might be and go back to check. In general the price and service were satisfactory but communication could be better. I would use again.

Staff were very help full but when it came to fit the tyers to the car there was a bit of confusion as getting the tyer off the rim , there was a piece of metal knocked off the rear of the wheel were the fitter did not get press plate quite inline with the rim , then had to ask for the tyer pressure required But on the whole was not bad would go back again .

The fitter checked tracking & rather than hard sell it he looked at the worn fronts asked how many miles I had done on them & decided based on that the tracking was good enough. No prizes for guessing where I will replace these when they wear out. Fitter concerned was a young guy who arrived at work on a motorbike dont recall name. 👍

Wasted journey the first time as tyres…
Wasted journey the first time as tyres arrived late and so missed the appointment I had made. However the staff and fitting service were both very good. Even had a call from the area manager to apologise and assure me that the tyres had arrived later that day and could be fitted whenever was convenient for me so whilst their suppliers missed the deadline the company did what they could to rectify the problem hence still four stars. Also the price was very competitive on a tyre which I knew other companies were having difficulty in obtaining.
