Booked 2 new tyres and tracking on line for my dad’s car ( who is 88 ).
He took the car into the Strood garage.
The tyres were there and changed which was great.
When he queried about the tracking he was told to bring the car back tomorrow.
WHY ?
These works were pre ordered on line and should have been the at same visit.
When I found out about this I rang the following morning to find out what is going on.
I was advised to get him to bring the car in that morning and it would be sorted out.
Not a great experience .

Mixed experience
It started bad as I was booked in for the 1st December at 4PM. I arrived at 3.45ish to be told it was the 2nd. Checked online receipt defo 1st. Anyway went the next evening went as clockwork.
