Lads were spot on
Lads were spot on, took them no time at all. I had to re-schedule my booking to a later time - this was not passed on to the lads in the garage but they cracked on and got all 4 tyres swapped in less than 30 mins.

Poor Customer Service from Manager
Very poor customer service from the centre manager. Who in a customer facing role just walks off mid-conversation!
Fault was discovered after fitting of 4 new tyres and tried to blame my local garage who hadn't even touched the car when they pointed it out to me.
However, hoping more professional service from the regional manager as forced to lodge a complaint.

Great service from Ash and the boys
Great service from Ash and the boys, very polite and efficient. I had lost the alloy locking security nut , but they managed to remove all 4 tyres and replace for 4 much needed new one's.

Good People
All the staff great , Manager warm and friendly. let me know my rear brakes needing doing soon and gave me a quote. Tyres fitted without any trouble or damage to the rims.
