Complaint re the system. I liked the staff but the tyres that i…
I liked the staff but the tyres that i had ordered at the time of the appointment had not arrived and did not arrive on the three delivery lorries that came while i waited. Eventually other tyres that were available were fitted. I object to the additional fifty pound cost as i made the appointment on the expectation that the tyres i had prepaid for would be available. I would have gone elsewher if i had known at the time of booking.

A bit of a wait
I’d booked my car in for a 2.30 slot but on arriving found there was a bit of a backlog and my car wasn’t sorted until 3.30, but apart from the long wait job was done well. Staff were friendly and apologised for the long wait. Will still use just tyres again.

I will use Just Tyres again
This was the first time of using Jist Tyres, but I will definitely go back. They have a good range of reasonably priced tyres, the staff are friendly & approachable. The work was completed in a timely manner & to a high standard; they even advised on further work needed, but weren't pushy or rude.
