The boys who worked on my car were extremely professional. Their attitude was customer oriented right from when I entered the garage to the exit. They ensured that me and my car is treated well. One of them even came out to stop traffic for me as its a tricky exit. 5 stars

Tyre service
I had a tyre checked for a slow puncture and needed a new one. I ordered the wrong one online but the guys on site and customer service solved the issue with great efficiency and we're extremely understanding and polite. Fantastic service all round.

Dean & Lee offered an amazing service above and beyond expectations.
My partner went in with a pre-booked tyre fitting appointment. on examination of the wheel, 2 wheel bolts had been previously incorrectly fitted before we bought the car and and sheared off. Dean & Lee both offered fantastic customer service in advising not to drive the car in current state and neded urgent attention and wrote down what work needed to be carried out by the carriage to ascertain any further internal damage to hub etc..
Once checked over by an external garage and issues fixed, an appointment was given to me immediately for the tyres to be applied. Both Dean and Lee were waiting on my arrival and highlighted that one of the wheels had a slight bend in the rim which the adjusted straight away for free and also highlighted minor areas I should also look at but could do myself. They even offered to fit a replacement wheel for free if I supplied one.
I cannot praise both Dean & Lee highly enough on their attention to detail and level of customer service shown to both my partner and myself (and the car.)
I will certainly be returning to Just Tyres Wakefield, and also be recommending to my friends/family network.
Once again both, Many thanks for all you did. You are a credit to the Just Tyres brand.

Order tyres that they show Instock then expect me too pay because they don't have them in the company for more expensive ones I didn't advertise the stock ! Wouldn't use again waste of my time and money now stuck in there bank

Could've killed me & my family!
I went to this particular branch of Just Tyres to get my wheels aligned. Bearing in mind that I'd just had my track rods & inner rods replaced. This clown 🤡 is under my car for about 20 minutes & tells me he can't get the tracking done because he can't get it to move(New parts).
I drive away now, take my car home & don't drive it until the next day. I get in my car the next to take my daughter to the train station & drop her off. Then i turn my car around in the car & hear a bang! Park the car up to find one wheel pointing straight & the other pointing to the right. This idiot instead of trying to adjust the tracking has loosened the track rod end on the drivers side. I had to call out my breakdown service who put it all back together. I've now had my wheels aligned by a PROPER professional.
Now I call the branch explaining the problem. He says that he never worked on my car & put the phone down on me.
Luckily I didn't have to make a long journey, if I had me & my family could've in a serious if not near fatal accident.
Definitely not 🚫 recommended even if was the only place on earth!
